New to me Outback I have been interested in an Outback for over 2 years. I finally pulled into Prestige with my middle daughter last Saturday. I have bought many cars over the years and I always expect to see a salesman within minutes offering me whatever assistance I need and then the pressure begins. Brian didn't do that. A personal introduction and a true feeling of wanting to help came forward. Wait, where was the pressure, the sales pitch, the "how much are you looking to spend?" routine? None of that. Brian offered advise. He let the car do the sales pitch. He worked with me over three days and even came in on his day off to close the sale. During the last visit, Brian wound up working with three different customers at the same time. At no time did I feel lost in the shuffle. Brian managed our experience very well. You do not often hear that it is a pleasure to work with a car salesman. At the end, it was as if he had known me for years instead of days. I have already recommended him to some of my friends. I walked on the lot, was greeted by Brian and he was so knowledgeable about the car that I left with a lot of confidence in this dealership and the salesperson. I wasn't in a rush to buy, which was perfect for the magic that happened. I fell in love with the Crosstrek in a very high demand/low quantity color and decided I would wait for it. Not only did Brian track down this exact car, but I got everything that I asked for. He communicated each step of the way and on my pickup day it was waiting for me front and center.
