Easiest Car Buy Ever !!! I have to say that I have bought a lot of cars throughout the years and this was the easiest by far. Worst Rip Off Liars Terrible customer service total scammers. The sales person acted as if her could care less if he made a sale or not. They showed me a used car told me it was in excellent condition "they never buy junk" and neglected to tell me the convertible soft top zipper was rotted out. They told me not to worry because a replacement hard top was $600 anyway but that's a lie as well they are more like $3000. That was misrepresentation from a woman who claimed to be the sales manager. The next day less than 12 hours later at home after driving home that night the back window zipper ripped and disintegrated. The back window has fallen out allowing exhaust fumes to pour into the car. Upon calling I was told it was too bad by Allison and directed to Chris who originally couldn't quote me a price for a trade. He then told me too bad since I had no warranty and had "no idea" where to get the window fixed. he was basically claiming to be clueless and didn't want anything to do from their sale. These guys are crooks and scammers. Stay away from their shady dealership! The Subaru dealer next door has a car that has been painted on the window and says special deals on 2019 model clearance. When i asked the sales person about them her said we have no 2019's left. Horrible liars. More

Extremely satisfied with the whole sales experience. I shopped around at several dealerships prior to and even after meeting Jason at Prestige. After a few different dealerships, I ultimately found a 2018 Outback CPO at Prestige that was the right fit. I contacted Jason and set up an appointment. Jason was able to work the team and provide a fair price for the vehicle and accessories that I wanted. The sale was during the busy month of December, but I wanted to post a review later for several reasons. First and foremost, I wanted to see if the car had any issues. There was one minor concern which ended up being nothing. Upon contacting the dealership, Jason and the team were quick to respond and eager to investigate and resolve, again, turned out to be nothing, but the effort continues to add to pleasant experience. Additionally, I wanted to review after getting tags and registration. As you can expect, there were no delays in the process and communication was strong every step of the way. I love my new car and happy to recommend Jason and Prestige to anyone looking to for a new Subaru! More
