We worked with Harry to find me the perfect car, and he was very kind, patient, and enjoyable to work with. He was very thorough as he walked through everything in detail with me while purchasing, and eve was very kind, patient, and enjoyable to work with. I really appreciated the fact that they were not pushy in any way (as are most car dealerships), which attracted me to this specific dealership. Harry Goldberg is awesome! This is our 4th Subaru (3rd Crosstrek) and had a Forester . We will never buy anything but a Sube thanks to their animal welfare support! I went to another dealer to get prices for the car that I’ve been planning to buy for years. After being quoted what I thought was an absurd price, I decided to stop at Prestige to compare. Not only did Jason go out of his way to get me my dream car at an affordable price but he also got me my car within a week. I would highly recommend Jason and Prestige to anyone, especially if you’ve left another dealership thinking the price you were quoted seems too high. What Service? My wife is on the road for her profession and carried items in the rear of her Subaru. We purchased the Forester as it was easier for her to load and My wife is on the road for her profession and carried items in the rear of her Subaru. We purchased the Forester as it was easier for her to load and unload items. Then a nail met her rear tire and this was found as she was leaving for work. Called service and boy, we were surprised as what we were told. They could not see us until the next day because they were busy, too busy. Talking about a flat tire, not a major job. So being the first time, always took care of things myself, we had the 100,000 mile bumper to bumper and road service. Called road service and they were there in 20 minutes. Not wanting to unload the vehicle to put on the spare, I had road service remove the tire, place in my truck and took it to be repaired. Vehicle has less than 6,000 miles so what, a 10 minute job. That's when the reality hit, they would do nothing for me because they were booked, too busy, MAYBE TOMORROW or could see us the following Thursday... This is what I paid $1,740.00 for PLUS $785.00 Road Service, to be turned away. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK, I will get another service plan, I do not want yours as there is no service in your Service Plan unless I have to run around, wait and this no service, this is xx. Yes your team has helped my wife several times with understanding her new vehicle and features, even before with her 2017 Legacy but now, when the time comes we are stuck, no service. Plus had to take my tire to Tire Tech to get repaired for $20.00 in less that 30 minute time. I have my own company and when a problem arises, I am there is over 800 customers and it's only me, not a garage full of technicians and people sitting behind desks while I am worried that my wife would be stuck somewhere. More
Buying from Prestige was very easy. Got a good price by email before going to dealership. Sales Rep and manger was good to work with.
