She is knowledgeable on the full Subaru line, is articulate, mannerly and very thorough and in her communication via email and in person. She is everything you could hope for in assisting throughout the new car purchase. We live an hour and a half away from Prestige, and conducted almost every step of the transaction via email, simply driving up on the actual day of purchase. We also worked with Daniel O'Donnell to complete the paperwork. A smooth, non-stressful, and pleasant experience!! More

I cannot recommend Prestige Subaru enough! My family has always had Honda’s but the experience I had with Prestige Subaru swayed my family and my fiancé’s family’s feelings. Buying a car during the COVID19 always had Honda’s but the experience I had with Prestige Subaru swayed my family and my fiancé’s family’s feelings. Buying a car during the COVID19 pandemic was trying at first but Prestige made it easy. We did everything by phone/{‘ail and all I had to do was sign papers at the dealership and the car was mine! My fiancé and I are so happy with our decision to get a forester. Everyone who sees it wants one now too! More

"Gold" coverage plan doesn't cover anything I purchased a used vehicle on 2/21/20 and it is now only 1 1/2 months later. The batter and a battery cable are bad and there is supposedly a crack in I purchased a used vehicle on 2/21/20 and it is now only 1 1/2 months later. The batter and a battery cable are bad and there is supposedly a crack in the A/C (which obviously has not been used yet). They are telling my daughter that NONE of it is covered under the "GOLD PLAN" and it will cost over $600 to fix. If they really did an inspection of the vehicle, why was none of this found BEFORE I purchased the vehicle? The young man who sold us the vehicle was wonderful, but this situation is just ludicrous. I would rather not give any stars because I’ve been dealing with the service department at Prestige for over 2 years now, and it has gone downhill dramatically. I brought my car in for an oil change an dealing with the service department at Prestige for over 2 years now, and it has gone downhill dramatically. I brought my car in for an oil change and was told they needed to replace a rear differential axle part and it needed to be ordered. I bring it back and they replace the front and give me the car back with a broken lug stud, I drove it to work not knowing and it felt and sounded like the front wheel was about to come off, I was so scared driving it. I call to let them know and was told I should have the car towed there and the service department acted as if I was inconveniencing them and over reacting. The service department manager did apologize and offer to give me a refund for my deductible days later but then I never heard back from him so don’t think he was actually trying to refund me anything. As far as I’m concerned, they don’t care if they mess your car up as long as they get money out of you. Wonder if their techs even know what they’re doing. The car should’ve been test driven, and they should’ve offered to get the car when I called to let them know the issue especially since they have recently offered pickup and delivery service. I will never go to this service department ever again or purchase a vehicle from Prestige, I’ve had nothing but issues with this so called pre certified vehicle they sold me in 2017. Time to go elsewhere, they lost a very good customer! More
