I drove two hours to get to Prestige Car lot in Concord, NC from Greenville, SC. They had a car I was very interested in. They were very nice, respectful and accommodating. I was thankful for the location of Prestige Car works. I walked away with the satisfaction of getting a good deal on the car I wanted. After my husband took time off work to go with me to look at a specific truck. We had to drive an hour and a half as well. We were told the truck would be ready to view and it wasn't. It hasn't been through mechanic shop and checked out or even the detail shop to be cleaned. It had stains on rear seating ,2 chips in windshield and caked on oil on engine. For a truck over $20,000. It was far from unacceptable. Then, while looking at truck the salesman and manager were all over my suv taking pictures and checking it out . And they didn't even know if I was interested in there truck yet. Yes! I had mentioned I may trade my suv. But! Shouldn't they have been with me to answer questions about the truck first. And know if I wanted to buy truck first? I would not recommend this place. When I asked if problems would be addressed I was told no. More

Pictures of truck did not show paint damage. We went by and saw it. Paint chips like hail damage all over the hood and some on sides and tailgate. NO ONE came out to help us.
