I purchased a used 2014 Nissan Rogue on 10/24/20 from Prestige Motors in Yakima. On the way home the car broke down! Within less than 2 hours of purchase! I called Ricky who sold me the car and notified Prestige Motors in Yakima. On the way home the car broke down! Within less than 2 hours of purchase! I called Ricky who sold me the car and notified him that the vehicle was not running. I was losing acceleration on the highway with my child in the vehicle! My child and I were very scared. A great day turned sour very quickly. They informed me the transmission in the vehicle was out and that they would get it fixed "next week". Next week turned into ONE MONTH of waiting for my vehicle to get fixed. Since I purchased the service contract with the wheel packaged I asked for 4 brand new tires for the hassle. I got promised not only from Ricky, but from Jake in Pasco, as well that I'd get my tires. When I went to pick up the vehicle on 11/24/20 there were no new tires. I called Prestige's main office and service number and nobody answered. I had just picked up my vehicle, but now nobody is working? I guess that makes sense since this company is completely incompetent. Finally get call back from the service manager Dario. He says he can get the tires in the next day (wed), but will be unable to put them on until Friday. I ask him why? Why can't you get my car in, tires fixed, and a job properly done in a timely manner? Actually it was supposed to already have been done, but you failed so now I have to come back in for the 4th time this month to fix an issue. And the car transmission is still messed up. The car is still shuddering. I feel completely taken advantage of as a woman! I highly recommend going somewhere else! These guys have done nothing but spit hot air making promises and failing to deliver! Highly dissatisfied they sold me a lemon. Horrible customer service, nobody knows what's going on. I was getting ad texts from them after they sold me the lemon asking if I wanted to purchase other vehicles. No! And the receptionist was laughing at me with her coworkers. This place is an absolute xxxx show. More
