I had just stopped in to see what they had, never expecting to drive out in a new vehicle. I was on a time limit and planned on going back if I found what I wanted. Not only did I find the SUV I wanted, but Joe made sure all the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently, and even had the car washed for me before driving home. I have been dealing with a different dealer for the past 15 years that is in my neighborhood, but after this experience I won't mind driving back to this dealership when necessary even though it is 40 minutes from my house. Thank you Joe for all the hustling and making me one happy customer. More

I recently purchased a 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution from Prestige Mitsubishi and I must say that I was completely blown away by the service these I recently purchased a 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution from Prestige Mitsubishi and I must say that I was completely blown away by the service these guys provided. Every person that I came in contact with at Prestige Mitsubishi was friendly, knowledgable and courteous. They assisted me with finding the model and color I wanted and even surprised me with the upgraded sound package after I had already signed the buyers order!! That was proof enough to me that they truly care about customer service above all else. Joseph Romano was my sales representative. He alleviated any preconceptions I had about salesman and put my mind to ease by listening to what I wanted and not what he wanted to sell me. The first night I was there he took my name and number and that was it...no pressure for a quick sale. I returned the next day and told him I wanted the car. He didn't have to contact me first and I didn't feel the need to look elsewhere. I knew their sales and service were family oriented and I wanted to do business with them/him. Overall, I feel like they treated me as a friends rather than a customer and I will continue to stop in and say hi to the sales department every time my car needs to be serviced. I had been speaking to Donte since about Feb. and I had been trying to get to the dealership but something always kept coming up the weather, or personal issues. When I finally made it to the dealership I met Donte and what a very pleasant young man. I picked out the outlander sport and it must be a very popular vehicle because they did not have anything on the lot so Donte stated that a few would be coming in and sure enough in about a week a white outlander sport came in and I made the deal. Donte was very professional, and considerate he spent alot of time with me going over the features that the outlander had.the payments were were I needed to be and I must say that I will refer anyone that I know looking for a vehicle to Donte. My experience was excellant Prestige you have a very professional salesman in Donte he is a keeper. Thank You for a stress free and pleasant experience!!!! More
Worst Place Ever I bought a brand new 2013 Lancer GT 2.4 Manual from these guys in early August, nearly nine months ago. I was talked up about all these great warrant I bought a brand new 2013 Lancer GT 2.4 Manual from these guys in early August, nearly nine months ago. I was talked up about all these great warranties and so forth and so on and by that me buying a brand new car from them I wouldn't have any sort of trouble. They went on saying that this was the right way to go beings I am a new father with a one-year old, a full-time student, as well as a full-time labor employee, that this car was great with safety and reliability and that they guaranteed if anything happened it would be covered but rest assured nothings going to happen. 700$ down and a payment of 320 a month for 63 months I now own the Lancer. I believe they had gotten a extremely fair deal. As to me I believe it was okay. I previously owned a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant ES that I sold when it reached 140,000 miles, I loved that car, but now I land my self with my brand new lancer at less then 20,000 miles and 9 months later with a clutch blown, pressure plate shot out of sorts as if it has been driven for 10 years. The pins are coming through the plate. As if someone purchased this car and has had the clutch engaged for 9 months straight. If you know cars, you know after looking at a clutch plate like the one that came out of my car and realizing, wow the car has only been on the road for 9 months that there was some sort of defect. Something likes this on a brand new car does not happen even if the car was driven a little more often than usual, it is brand spanking new and if driven properly, like it was this shouldn't have ever occurred! The clutch was simply defective. Mitsubishi makes thousands and thousands of clutches it might just occur that one might have slipped through manufacturing under standards, it happens and I am sure its more then one so they need to own up to it. The service rep even expressed and when first discussing about it with him he said that this clutch was extremely worn and was a shock to him but then he actually quickly edited himself, making a statement of," we do see this a lot though it happens all the time." This kind of drawled a red flag for me. No you do not see a clutch brand new go in 9 months if it is being driven correctly. With learning on the farm at the age of 15 with an old ford 4 to he floor stick shift pick-up truck, growing up driving 3-speed tractors and front loaders and other machinery with clutches, all the way to moving around tri-axels and commercial trucks with air brakes, and driving numerous of other cars with stick shifts I was trying to assure him that I have been driving it correctly. On top of that half of the time I have my son in the car with me, or I am driving to work or driving to school. I assured them I was doing far from abusing this vehicle. This vehicle was a huge investment for me and a huge step in my life and at only 23 years of age being told that I have to spend $2200 for a new clutch and install and that it is not covered under any warranty and that there was nothing they could do, I am being taking advantage of. They look at me and think I don't know about this stuff. They are mistaken and don't realize I have uncles and cousins whom are mechanics who work on diesel engines, forklifts, cars, boats and big machinery and equipment and really know a lot. This has been quite frustrating and very inconvenient now going through all of this. I NEED HELP FROM ANYBODY OUT THERE!! I need guidance on what to do about this people. I put 700$ down to purchase this car to have my son in a safe and reliable vehicle and now I am being told I have to put out thousands more only 9 months later for a new clutch. Obviously I don't have that money and it has to be quite obvious that I don't being only putting a few hundred down and financing it. Prestige Mitsubishi doesn't finance through mitsu motors they financed through PNC bank so they have already been paid 100% for the car by the bank so its obvious that they are just trying to make more money. I brought my car into service on Monday May 12th around 11:00 am and have started this process. Mitsubishi is blaming me for this happening and is not covering it under warranty as of now. This is the worst thing that has ever happened in my life and I really appreciate any feed back, I will not stop until this is taken care of. More
