Though it took several weeks, probably due to snow AND the holidays, I was treated with the utmost respect. I also was given a loaner car to use the entire time my car was in your possession. Great service experience! I had not visited Prestige for some time since I had sold my Porsche quite a few years ago, but it was a pleaure to visit again with my new Audi.
