Pre-Vacation Check-up We are on the verge of taking a 5,500 miles plus vacation, so I thought it prudent to take our Q5 into Prestige for a thorough check prior to leaving. Our Service Consultant, Matt Kurtz, who has always given us excellent service, got me in at a convenient time and made sure that everything was taken care of. Without exception, every time either one of our Audi's go in for their scheduled service calls or even situations such as this last one, Matt and his supporting staff have always given us flawless service. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They are consistent and very professional in their attentiveness to our needs. He is the reason I come for all repairs/services to Prestige Imports. Also want to hail the guys in the workshop who do the actual repairs. Pricing is a bit challenging, I have to replace my Audi front windshield and the quote is pretty expensive, still deciding what to do. Also want to take this survey to recommend Stacey, always takes care of my Audi when I bring it for a wash/vacuum once a month.
