Very good, but not this time Have had very good service in the past, this time was not so good. Poor communication resulted in being without a car for 5+ days. Did not receive word on my repair on a Friday, I had to initiate a call resulting in a voicemail. Did not get a return call until nearly 5 pm at which time I was told my car needed a part that wouldn't arrive until tuesday. I could get a loaner if I could get there by six. Couldn't do it as I had previous tickets to an event Didn't hear from prestige again until 5pm Tuesday at which time was told the car was not fixed yet. Finally had my car delivered (very nice delivery service offered) to me Wednesday afternoon. This particular service was an epic due to poor communication. I offered Courtney from prestige to have someone call me if they thought the service was a 10 but I never heard from anyone. Not a fan of being pressured to give 10s because anything less is a failure. I hope that next time it will go better. More

The clear mask came out so transparent that it is almost impossible to see. I've had this done on at least 8 other cars in the past and this was definitely the best job I've had done. Great job guys. The service advisors were also exceptional. My car already had the windows tinted but I was wanting to go darker. The advisors showed me the different tint options, told me what tint was on the car and explained the advantages and disadvantages of adding a darker tint. In the end, I decided not to go with a darker tint and the advisors could not have been nicer and more cooperative. These guys showed that they really want you to be happy with your car and are not just pushing sales. Great job all around in the service department. I won't go any where else for service on my 2 Porsches. More
