Mr. Sigg, thank you for your reply and constructive feedback. We always use this to ensure we communicate appropriately with our customers. We apologize for the delay in receiving the part. We are doing everything we can given the current supply chain issues. Our goal was to install your part and perform your software update during a single service visit. However, we should have done a better job of communicating the part delay. Thank you for your understanding.

This had nothing to do with current supply chain issues. The part was ordered, arrived and was going to be put in at next service. I then came in for the computer issues and part was no longer there. I wasn't told this until about 30 hours later when I called to check status before you closed so I could pick up my vehicle to then find out the computer issue was fixed, and other part needed to be ordered AGAIN and would arrive in two and I would get a call to come in for the part to be installed. Two months later still no call, I called parts dept., part was there, and again I had to call to get an appointment to get it installed. Since my second service, the first one I had to pay for, I got the strong impression since I didn't buy your outrageous service package, myself or my vehicle was not a priority.
