Picked up my new Subaru today. Cheryl and Diana made the whole process totally painless! I was not in a great frame of mind to be car shopping after a bad accident during hurricane Ida and they made it amaz whole process totally painless! Subaru VW service is awful. long wait before they even touch the car for service. no appointments in 7 days for a simple oil change. no rental, no courtesy car available when the car is on service. always touch the car for service. no appointments in 7 days for a simple oil change. no rental, no courtesy car available when the car is on service. always short staffed excuse for last 3 years. yes, that's normal and always like that but they recently added pandemic in that phrase too.
