The only thing not checked above as a "5" was price ... there just isn't anything resembling negotiating room these days, but I'd say the price was quite fair. More

We recently bought a new Audi A7 at Prestige to replace our 2007 A6 which we also bought at Prestige. Sean Farchchi was our salesman in 2007, and from the first visit we were very pleased with him and our our 2007 A6 which we also bought at Prestige. We also had all the servicing on the A6 done at Prestige, and have been satisfied with them. So when we decided to buy a new A7, we called Sean to set up a test drive. My first impression of Sean was that he is very knowledgable on all the technical aspects of the car, and that was important to me. He answered all my questions better than any auto salesman I have ever dealt with. He is also quite personable, and we got along very well from the first visit. Our visits with him were always enjoyable, never rushed, and he was almost as excited as us in buying the cars. I'm exceptionally pleased with the A7, but when it comes time to buy a new car, I'll call on Sean first. Rob Ellison has been our service advisor most of the time with the A6, and he has always been efficient and easy to work with. The work has always been completed when promised, and I like that we get a nice Audi as a loaner. More

Don spent 2hrs with me, test driving, going over why he loved Audi's, explaining engineering design and details to me. He basically sold me the car. He was fun, knowledgeable and great to work with. When I went to pick up my car, he again spent time with me, explaining all the features and how they work. More
