I give up trying to resolve this issue and Mr. west basically dismissed me from his office and said I am free to do business elsewhere. I don’t know about you bout I don’t like to be promised something in order to make a sale and then not provide the service. An Audi international representative said this is a training issue at this dealership. No accountability More
Not a place that I recommend. These guys have some of the worst Porsche technicians I have ever encountered. It took them 7 tries over an 18 month period to fix an oil leak in m These guys have some of the worst Porsche technicians I have ever encountered. It took them 7 tries over an 18 month period to fix an oil leak in my car, and on the last try during an engine out repair they left a foreign object in my vehicle's intake system which got sucked into the turbos and destroyed the turbo impeller blades on both turbos. The problem is that my factory warranty technically expired while my car was on the lift at Prestige with the engine out. Due to this work being done while under warranty I escalated this case to Porsche corporate and they told me that this was a "dealership negligence issue" and that I would need to work directly with Prestige to resolve the issue. Well, the problem is that Prestige will not admit they made a mistake, and they will continue to deny this until they are blue in the face. I have presented all of the documented facts to several local Porsche shops, Porsche technicians, and even a Porsche shop foreman that I know. Everyone says that without a doubt it was an incompetent technician at Prestige that caused this damage to my car. It's really too bad that Prestige and its service manager Dave Stribling the Porsche service manager have absolutely no integrity and take zero responsibility for the damage to my car. I am posting here to let other know about my horrible experience with this dealership, and I am hopeful this might give you pause before trusting Prestige with your car. More

Terrible experience that explains why the dealership model is a dying business. First they lowballed my trade in by $2000. No productive negotiation on it or the new car. “That’s the way things are n model is a dying business. First they lowballed my trade in by $2000. I wanted the car so I agreed, signed all the papers, made a $5000 deposit and then was told if I wanted two keys, one for my wife, it would cost another $800, take it or leave it. So we left it. Should never be any last minute surprises! More

This shop had my vehicle for 5 weeks. They lied and gave me the run around about my vehicle status. When I picked my car back up after a fender bender small accident my windshield was cracked.
