Worked with Rick to buy my vehicle. I'm in sales myself, so I hate the high-pressure sales tactics used by a lot of dealerships. We felt we must have been long lost family members by the hospitality we were given and the effort to help to accommodate the buying process. He made it painless and stress-free. Never did we feel we were getting the runaround or any of the car buying nightmares one may have heard of. We were not sold...we were consulted and helped. I have never experienced or heard of a car buying experience that pleasant. Rick is a true professional and I would not have a problem sending anyone to him to invest in a vehicle. Great Service Team The service team was exceptional. However, as I was waiting for my car to be finished, I went to the sales floor to inquire if in fact there was a SQ The service team was exceptional. However, as I was waiting for my car to be finished, I went to the sales floor to inquire if in fact there was a SQ8 that I could look at. The woman in the welcome area (round desk) was very kind and looked right away for someone that was available to help me. The female sales associate said I could just go out on the lot to look at it. I explained that my husband and I were interested in the Q8 but after test driving at your location previously, it did not have the power. But now that the SQ8 was in, was interested. Even though I was masked, no one came out check on me to see if I had any questions. When I came back in, no one acknowledged or asked if I had any questions. You can't say that the sales team was extremely busy, as there was only a family of three that came in to test drive/look at a vehicle in the 3 hours that I was waiting. I don't know if it was because I was dressed casually that no one in your sales area seemed to care, (outside of the kind woman at the reception desk) but either way, when we purchase the SQ8, I will work with the McDonald Dealership. The lax in the sales team is part of the reason when we test drove a vehicle less than a year ago, we were not impressed and for my husband's car ended up doing a custom order/build as a different dealership was spot on with time, care and follow up after we test drove. More

I was very un Received my vehicle (2018 Q8) back from my first service appointment at Prestige Imports today for 2 recalls, tire change, and a detail. I was very under-whelmed by the whole process and quality of the service. My initial contact to schedule an appointment was via e-mail in mid-May and Corey allegedly sent my request to the valet manager who I then never heard from. A month later I finally called for an appointment. I did receive a call with an estimate shortly after it was picked up but then no contact or status report for a day and a half. I finally called and after 15 minutes on hold was told my service advisor, Chris, had gone home. They had the vehicle for a day longer than promised when I made the appointment and when it was delivered the TPMS light was on, top surface of dash was smeared and clearly not treated all the way up to the glass, floor mats were tossed in the back rather than re-installed, there were bubbles in my clear bra that I'm pretty sure weren't there before, etc. Perhaps I'm picky but it is called a "detail" not a "pretty good cleaning." Also, some belongings that were in the rear storage compartments and which I specifically asked them not to disturb were pulled out and tossed in a plastic bag along with everything else that was in the vehicle. All-in-all the kind of sloppy service and quality control that I'd expect from a run-of-the-mill US brand dealership, not a Porsche-Audi dealer. More
