Horrible Customer Service and Disrespectful Employees I wanted to purchase my leased Hyundai because the lease was due to mature in a few days. I could not get anyone to help me. Everyone passed the buck. One employee was verbally abusive, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Another employee didn't show up for an appointment and then blatantly told me to go elsewhere. Even the General Manager of the dealership didn't return my calls and emails. All three men should be ashamed of themselves! I'm a senior citizen and was treated like a second class citizen! I had been a loyal customer for 13 years. I had purchased and leased three consecutive vehicles and serviced the vehicles at their service center as well. I'll never go there again, and I advise you to stay away, as well! More
