Prestige Ford is awesome! My Mach E was ordered and went through an 8 month wait. I was able to freely speak to John Hall, general manager, Jonathan, sales manager, and Ricky, sales manager, without complaint for ongoing updates on the progress. They were so very kind and awesome!!!. When I picked up my car and financed, Wolf Jean, sales consultant, he helped us for 4 hours along with Mark Fine, the best financial director. Everyone was very patient and answered all of our questions on finance and showing the car's operation. I have bought numerous cars over the years at other dealerships and in other cities and counties and this was by far the most wonderful experience. I will continue doing business here and highly recommend them! To note very recommendable: After leaving the lot, I called and texted Wolf several times on questions. All of my texts and calls were returned within 2-3 minutes. Unbelievable!! Wolf even went to the service department to get an answer for me on a question. And he said to call again if I needed anything! This young sales man is mature, responsible, and kind and respectful, down to earth and easy to deal with and honest! So impressed by him!!! I will always buy from Wolf. Equally impressed with Mark Fine's care and attention to detail!!! For that matter, Ricky and Jonathan and John Hall all rocked, too!!!! I did not expect this level of superb customer experience, but I sure got it!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I will be a return customer for sure, with Wolf as my salesman. More
I took my explorer in for a software update recall, and because I had a rattling noise coming from the drivers rear door. They were amazing and kept in touch with me throughout.. organized a loaner and we because I had a rattling noise coming from the drivers rear door. This is the worst ,the service dept. needs to be revamped, honesty brings back customers and this dealership has none. Part sent in my name from ford corporation was verified by them and needs to be revamped, honesty brings back customers and this dealership has none. Part sent in my name from ford corporation was verified by them and I was told not there. Repaired my truck with someone else’s part so I know where my part went. And than NO paperwork when I went to pick up my truck. And still after a week ,,,still no paperwork. Will not deal with dealership again.,will travel to another ford dealership even at the cost of $5.00 a gallon of gas. More

This was the 2nd car I’ve purchased from Prestige Ford. Both times I was completely satisfied with the sales representative, Mike Cook, and the dealership. He in turn has taken several phone calls from me, and again made sure I was a “happy customer”. I have been to the service department a few times, and was more than satisfied with the service performed, and was treated professionally each time. Should I, in the future, need another vehicle, Prestige will be my first stop. More
We have been using Prestige Ford since 2016 when we purchased the first of our two new cars there (an Escape and then an F-150 in 2018). I should also say that we just traded in the 2018 F-150 and com purchased the first of our two new cars there (an Escape and then an F-150 in 2018). I should also say that we just traded in the 2018 F-150 and completed purchase of a 2022 F-150 Hybrid. We haven't had any real problems other than one warranty issue where the F-150 engine item that needed replacement part and was Prestige & Ford said it was not covered by the "bumper to bumper" warranty that we purchased with the new vehicle. No warranty purchased with the new 2022 because of Ford's failure to honor their warranty. We gave a 4-star rating because a 5-star rating should be hard to get and just not handed out willy nilly. Value the customer. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership within the last week (thursday). Upon arriving to purchase the vehicle I looked it over, liked I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership within the last week (thursday). Upon arriving to purchase the vehicle I looked it over, liked it and sat down to begin negotiating. I told my salesman I had a trade- in and he put the information in his computer. I traded in a 2018 vehicle with 80,000 and I recieved a offer sheet from the sales manager giving me $23,000 for my trade. I put $2000 down on the vehicle and after sitting there for 5 hours, I finally signed off with the finance manager, closed the deal and drove off. Two days later( Saturday) I recieve a phone call from the sales manager stating that "They" made a mistake with the paperwork. Instead of putting 80,000 miles in the system for my trade, he input only 1600 miles and gave me to much money for the car I traded in. I told him That I was unaware of the mistake, and that it was not my doing. I was told that I needed to bring the car back in and they would give me my traded vehicle back and cancel the contract. After returning in from out of town, I recieve a call from him again that Monday morning. Asking me what time I was coming in. I told him I was weighing my options due to the fact that the contract was done. He stated that he could cancel the contract for any reason, I told him the only way it can be voided was due to being unable to aquire financing from a banking institution and after 10 days. I stated that my credit score was well over a 700 so that wouldn't be a issue, so turn the paperwork in. He stated he was not going to submit it to the bank due to the error that "THEY"made. I asked him to have the general manager or the owners son to give me a call. He (Jonathan Mathews) called me back and had absolutely no customer service at all, in fact he was very rude and told me to bring the car back or he would begin to file paperwork to have it repossessed. I told him I had a contract and the deal was done. He stated " in the state of florida he has 15 days to cancel a contract for any reason" which I found out was a lie. I told him seeing that the mistake was made on their end, his attitude speaking with me should be a little different, well it wasn't. I told him I would call him back after having my attorney look it over. I emailed the contract to the attorney I was referred to and after a few hours he told me that I was not in violation and to tell the dealership to stop calling me. When Mr. Matthews called back I told him this and he stated" no attorney would take this case, and he was going to begin the process to get it back. I have recently moved to florida so I am not to familiar with the laws. The attorney I was in touch with was not able to deal with it at the moment, so I asked Mr Mathews from the dealership if he would work with me. After being told by him that he was not " eating 3 or 4 thousand dollars on the deal" and that he can get the car back and make more money off of some one else.. not sure of what to do since I didn't hear back from the attorney in a timely manner and wanting to get this process behind me, I told him to come down of the price which he did $1000, and I gave him $1500 more down. Honestly I had ordered the same truck 5 months prior but it did not have all the bells and whistles as the one I purchased did. I was tired of waiting for the one I had ordered and needed it for some jobs.And I really liked the truck so I tried working things out. I am a Disabled Veteran and thought I was able to qualify for the $500 Ford rebate but after seeing that I had been inactive for over 2 years I didn't. Mr. Matthews refused to even honor the extra $500, I told him what's $500? You will make that up with no problem. He told me " that's what everyone says and this is a business, we are hear to make money". Needless to say I was in a bind because I had made plans with the vehicle and had obligations to fill, and still had not heard back from the attorney, I went up and redid the contract after the numerous threats. After getting to the dealership, Mr Mathews saw me come in the door, never said a word, stayed in his office the whole time while I went to the finance managers office and signed the papers. Not one apology, he didn't even acknowledge my presence. I felt bad throughout this whole series of events thinking that someone was going to lose their job behind this, and with my spiritual convictions I didn't want to see that happen. After I walked out of that building I vowed never to do business with them again, and I pray that no one else does either. The attorney reached back out to me after and told me my options after I renegotiated the deal. One being, to tell my story on social media and the other,go to the news, which I intend to do as well. Please please, please let's finally take a stand against big business like this. All may be lost for me, but I pray no one else will have to deal with a situation like this with them ever again.
