NOT A GOOD START…. I made a 9:30 appoint for this morning (19JUN23) on 13JUN23 at 3:52. I’ve been here waiting to check in since 9:01…they don’t even have an appt for me listed. Bad enough I have a brand new truck in for electrical service already (1,983 miles old). This is NOT helping. Two strikes for Prestige on the board. UPDATE: Strike three…I’m out! Because this was just a “evaluation” I asked the check in guy if I’d be out by 11, as I had scheduled appointments around this one. He said I would not…I’m sure because I was being worked in. This b**ch drove off. Called and had to leave a message for John Hall. Side note: I apologize to the young Latino who got my wrath. Not your fault. Yet another update…John Hall, Prestige Ford General Manager, called me last night…”so concerned” about my experience. Gave me an appt for 8am. We dropped the car off last night to be first in line. I just called (it is 3:12)…”due to the volume of vehicles” my truck has not even been looked at yet. AND YOU NEVER WILL LOOK AT IT…I am on my way to pick it up and social blast how bad #PrestigeFordofMtDora SUCKS!!!! More

Here is my experience. My appointment was Monday @ 3:30. I dropped my truck off at 2:30 and left the truck with them. They told me they would get the oil change complete My appointment was Monday @ 3:30. I dropped my truck off at 2:30 and left the truck with them. They told me they would get the oil change completed that day and do the diagnostic first thing in the morning. I was there for an oil change with the "works", fixing the passenger side door since it was not opening from the outside, and checking the alternator for issues. Tuesday I called at 10 am, noon, and 2 pm. Each time I was told I would get a call back from the service department for an update. I got a call at close to 5pm and they said they couldn't get the truck started. I asked if the oil change was completed or anything thing and they said nothing had been done. This is after they had the truck for over 24 hours. He assured me they would start on it the next morning. I called around 10:30 am on Wednesday to get a status update. He said that both my batteries in the truck were bad and needed to be replaced since they couldn't start the truck. I said I'll be there in 20 minutes. I jumped the car and started it for them. That's right I had to drive to the Ford dealership to jump the truck and start it for them. Spoke to the manager and they asked what they could do. I said just get the truck completed today. They called a few hours later and said you're all set, you can come get the truck. I asked if they fixed the door. They said let me call you back. Gave me a price, we agreed, and said they would take care of it. I called at 5:30 to see if they were finished. He says actually we had to order that part and won't have it until the morning. No one ever called to give that update. I decided I was just going to get the truck and take it to another dealer. The truck has 50 miles until the DEF is empty. They did not top that off or ask me if I wanted that done. This was the worst service I have ever experienced in my life from a car dealership. I recently moved out here and decided to try them instead of Greenway and Auto Nation since they were closer. I will not be going back to Prestige. You should definitely take your business to another Ford dealer. More
