Great staff, but poor communication between them I took my 2016 mustang eco-boost for an oil change, tire rotation, cleaning up the fuel injection system and fixing emergency brake cable. I took the car Friday and was told they will work on it early Saturday. Saturday evening, I called to check on my car and was told that the car would not be ready, however they only had to fix the emergency brake. They told me it would be ready Monday. Monday at 4:00 pm I called to check on my car and was basically told that they forgot to work on it. I was then offered a rental for which I had to give a $50 deposit plus $43 for insurance just in case anything happened. Tuesday at 12:00 I was called to pick up my car, paid the bill and was given the keys. I walked outside towards what I thought was my car but it wasn't. I had the keys but my car was still in the shop. I love my car and they did do a good job fixing everything that needed fixed. However, they seem to have a communication problem and do not seem to coordinate properly. More

Great Service Department People Needed to get my F150 back up and hauling trees and debris two days after Irma, but a roofing nail through my front tire flattened my plans. routine maintenance Went in to receive the works maintenance. A problem was found. I had a crack in the battery. Car was still under warranty and it was replaced. Wish there where more dealers like this Dealer are in the business to make money, that doesn't mean that buyers are liars and they need to be strong armed. The non confrontational but profes Dealer are in the business to make money, that doesn't mean that buyers are liars and they need to be strong armed. The non confrontational but professional demeanor of the employees of this dealer speak volumes of who they are as a company. We need more businesses ran the way these folks run this establishment. Even the owners son came out and greeted us when we first got there and after we made the purchase. I wish all car buying experiences could be like this. More
Be prepared for your time to be wasted! I have been reluctantly coming to prestige for service on my new ford trucks, i've had four. This was the dealer closet to my area. I am only speaking of the service department in this review, not sales. Every time i bring my truck in for a known mechanical issue it's like pulling teeth to get them to service it under my premium warranty. This last time was it, I will never again set foot in that joke of a service department. My 2014 F150 ecoboost is my latest headache, my truck is suffering from a stretched timing belt that rattles and grinds upon a cold start, it has done this off and on for months and finally the rattle and grind happened daily last week. I am very hesitant to bring my vehicle there, because they always have it for a week minimum. This would be tsb14-0194 ( i found the exact same noise on multiple videos on google).The Service manager failed to diagnose the 4 days they had it this time and basically sent me on my way with no solution. Chuck was the service managers name, and because of his lack of concern for the health of my vehicle, i removed it from their shop. More
