Over all very satisfied with the whole experience I Over all very satisfied with the whole experience I bought my 2019 Ford Ranger as a new vehicle off the lot the end of January on a late Sunday aft Over all very satisfied with the whole experience I bought my 2019 Ford Ranger as a new vehicle off the lot the end of January on a late Sunday afternoon It was delivered nicely detailed the next early morning on Monday. I paid $599 for dealer prep for delivery but wonder if anything was done other than cleaning because the tires had low pressure and still had the original engine oil from 2019 I found out later. The only other thing that I resented was I was pressured to take out a loan when I wanted to pay cash. I went along with that which was an additional hassle which had to jump through a few hoops to pay it off I took it in recently for service and accessories installed. Very happy with all people involved. Good service department More

I have had Fords all My Life, and have always had them serviced at the Ford Dealer. I have to say I don't know why You call it quick lane because it is anything but. I had an appointment at 10:30 for the serviced at the Ford Dealer. I have to say I don't know why You call it quick lane because it is anything but. I had an appointment at 10:30 for the works service and had to wait an hour and forty five mins. There was another Lady waiting over an hour and She had an appointment also. If You have an appointment You should not have to wait that long. Also every time I get it serviced there they spill oil on the engine and it stinks. Had grease on floor mat. Only reason would not recommend Is to slow. More
