I took my 2016 ford focus in for them to fix a transmission problem I had to them 3 times to fix. They refused to warranty they're poor work. Had my car for 2 weeks. Had to call repeatedly everyda transmission problem I had to them 3 times to fix. They refused to warranty they're poor work. Had my car for 2 weeks. Had to call repeatedly everyday to get anyone on the phone to update me on my car just for them to tell me they wouldn't fix it. I took it to sunstate Ford and they warrantied prestige fords terrible work and fixed my car in a couple days. More

Our salesperson, Tyler, was very professional and explained everything in terms we could understand. There was no hassling and everything went very smooth. I went in to have a transmission issue checked out. I suspected that the fluid was low and asked them to check it and perform a oil change. At the end of the day they called and said it would be a few m suspected that the fluid was low and asked them to check it and perform a oil change. At the end of the day they called and said it would be a few more days before they can look at the transmission. I told them I had to have it back the next morning so would they make sure to check the transmission fluid before I pick it up. A few hours later they called and said the fluid level was fine and they think the transmission problem is electrical. So I picked it up. And waited till the next opportunity to have it in the shop. In the meantime I repaired my backup vehicle and then scheduled the transmission work at a different dealership. After diagnosis of the problem, the 2nd dealership found almost no fluid in the transmission and a leaking tail housing seal. They also said that no one had checked the fluid as the dipstick was covered in heavy dirt and oil. So I will not be going back to Prestige Ford because they Intentionally LIED to me. Zero stars for them. More
