When you want something done halfway I recently brought my Rubicon in for some warranty work on an axle seal, the service was pretty good and they seemed to have fixed the problem. Not even 5 minutes down the road my change oil light came on. I wish that they would've looked to see that it was probably only a mile or so from being due as to save me a trip. Fast forward to my most visit for an oil change. They got me in fairly quickly, in and out in about 45 minutes. As I drove down highway 119 I had to quickly pull over and latch my hood. When I called them to let them know that their guys didnt latch my hood, the response I received was "well do you know how to latch it?" After getting home and wondering what else they may have "forgotten" I opened my hood to find oil spilled all over around where it was filled and dripping down. We have bought MULTIPLE cars at this dealership throughout the years and really this kind of service is unacceptable. More
Warranty work I gave the service department a 5-star rating because we had picked up our brand new Jeep. Within 24 hours the stop-and-start battery and relay went b I gave the service department a 5-star rating because we had picked up our brand new Jeep. Within 24 hours the stop-and-start battery and relay went bad. We brought it right in. the service advisor Jason said we'll get you fixed up immediately. By lunchtime the next day they had it all fixed.Replaced the rely and they had to take another start and stop battery out of another vehicle because they did not have any in stock.. That's service!!!! Thanks guys!!!!! More

They went above and beyond, stayed late, and got my Jeep repaired in time for my trip! I didn't buy my Jeep here, but the Service Manager and Service Department will have my business from now on, and if I were in the market for a new Jeep, I would buy here based upon the great service in the Service Department. Wonderful Byron was outstanding, I told him I wasn't sure what I wanted, a van or another jeep. He went out of his way to find a Pacific a and let us drive it, Byron was outstanding, I told him I wasn't sure what I wanted, a van or another jeep. He went out of his way to find a Pacific a and let us drive it, then he let us drive a Grand Cherokee all this while we were having the oil changed in our Commander. He was so knowledgeable about all the details of both vehicles. He spend a lot of tine with us getting to know us and our desire in a vehicle and finally suggested the Grand Cherokee Overland-er I suggest this sales person to all people interested in a vehicle., His willingness to spend the extra time explaining the best options on each car was excellent, and helped close the sale. More
