Brought it in for an alignment after that, and got new tires hoping that would quiet the frontend. Called them to report the front end was squirrely after the alignment and new tires. They said there was no problem, and the new tires make it squirrely. Noise has now gotten louder, so took it back in 4/19, and was told the hub bearings are shot, not to drive it, tire has unusual wear as a result, and $800 to replace the bearing. Reminded mechanic that I’d brought it in during the warranty period complaining about frontend noise when it was still under warranty, and he said “yea, that’s probably when the bearing was first going out”. So now i’m out of what should have been a warranty repair, the alignment, new tire is ruined, and I have an $800 quote. To add insult to injury, they charged me $140 to diagnose the problem. Think it’s time to consult an attorney, and find a better dealership. More

Dropped it off around 8am and came back at 250 to find out they were still not completed. Jason promptly put me in a rental car so I could get my daughter from school. Made it there and then my truck was done. Trucks always covered with these guys love my team at prestige. I will be in when I'm ready for a new truck:) More
Frustrating I have purchased 5 cars in 5 years from this dealership and Tony Sigfid in sales is the absolute BEST!!!! With that being said, the service departmen I have purchased 5 cars in 5 years from this dealership and Tony Sigfid in sales is the absolute BEST!!!! With that being said, the service department is unfortunately is the exact opposite. We have had nothing but issues with our service. Including not properly securing the oil drain plug after an oil change. Luckily we didn't drive the vehicle very far and woke up to a puddle of oil under my Jeep. My motor could have seized had we taken a trip after the service. I scheduled a recall on my Jeep several weeks out and when my wife arrived for our scheduled appointment at 10 that morning, they had run out of the part they needed. How do you not have the part? 3 weeks outs how do you not have the part? So what should have been a 45 min fix turned into a 4 1/2 hour wait. I have worked in both a car and motorcycle dealerships as sales and service. When we made a mistake we would offer some sort of service for our customers. A free, an oil change (No thanks), a car wash, a car detail, a percentage off service or parts coupon, something to help the customer feel valued. Something that acknowledges our mistake and that we took ownership. Not "Oh the person who made the appointment was fired". How is that the customers' problem? Even if that was the case, why wouldn't they have gone over that persons work orders and appointments with a fine tooth comb to ensure their customers didn't suffer for someone they felt was bad enough they had to be fired. Again back to the ownership piece. I have had a few other issues with the service department but I feel my point has been made. Buy vehicles ALL DAY LONG with Tony and this dealership but in my opinion get it serviced somewhere else. More

Unhappy Customer I brought my truck in for 1) Oil Change, 2) Three recalls and 3) Repair of side mirrors that did not operate correctly. Prestige had my truck for ful I brought my truck in for 1) Oil Change, 2) Three recalls and 3) Repair of side mirrors that did not operate correctly. Prestige had my truck for full day. When I came to pick up truck, Oil change was not done. Parts (new mirrors) had to be ordered for mirror repair. One of recalls was not completed properly and 5 warning lights were lit on my dash (Stayed lit for next three weeks). I was told the technician could not complete recall and I would have to bring truck back. I asked to be called when new mirrors were in so I could do mirror work and recall completion together. Never received call from Prestige on mirrors. I went to dealer to ask and was told mirrors were in. Brought vehicle back for another full day at dealer. My wife picked up truck at dealer as I was out of town. When I returned and looked at truck, the truck seat selector buttons were installed backwards and when I pressed to select the seat position the switch dislodged from its mounting and fell back into the door. I have not returned to Prestige. I do not trust their work and do not want to give my truck up for another full day. Just today I received another recall notice... It always takes a week to schedule any work at Prestige. This fiasco has been going on for a month and still my truck is not repaired. More
Recent Oil Change The oil change was terrific however I was told that I needed brand new tires based off of the nail and that it was unable to fix. I took it to an exte The oil change was terrific however I was told that I needed brand new tires based off of the nail and that it was unable to fix. I took it to an external tire shop and all was fine. They patched it for free and then proceeded to tell me that I did not need tires for quite some time. I felt taken advantage of given my "lack of experience" when it came to maintenance with cars. I will not be buying my tires from Prestige when it comes due time. More

First time service I arrived in a Saturday morning without an appointment . I was cordially welcomed and the service was completed in about 35-40 minutes. Good service, but mediocore communication We dropped off our Ram 1500 that morning to have a brake controller installed, AC repaired, plus a couple of recall services. We called them at 4:30pm to see if ready, but had to leave a message. Called again at 6pm, got voice mail. Called back right away and eventually talked to someone. Found out they were not going to be able to finish that day, so had to wait until next day to pickup. If they had communicated better earlier I would have given 5 stars, but had to deduct a star because of the mediocore communication. Everything else was very good. More
Oil change and warranty work. Jason as always too good care of me and my Grand Cherokee. I went in for an oil change, then left to go home and the engine light came on so I brought Jason as always too good care of me and my Grand Cherokee. I went in for an oil change, then left to go home and the engine light came on so I brought it back to Jason. They ran the diagnostics on the computer and found the problem and thankfully it was covered under warranty. They didn’t have the part so they gave me a ride home. A couple days later I came to pick up the Jeep, but a part they had ordered was defective so they gave me a loaner car on Friday and I picked up the Jeep Monday and it works great so far. Jason went out of his way to explain everything that was happening and made it as easy as possible for me. I highly recommend your service department and Jason to my friends and family. More
