Appalling customer service I brought my Jeep in for a tune up and some fluids to be replaced. During the oil change my oil cooler assembly was broken; I drove the Jeep there jus I brought my Jeep in for a tune up and some fluids to be replaced. During the oil change my oil cooler assembly was broken; I drove the Jeep there just fine that morning. I then shockingly received a call where the service guy laughed and said I hate having to make these calls but it’ll be 800$. At no point and time did the manager get on the phone, I had to call back and ask to speak to him. When I did get to talk to the manager, it clearly couldn’t have mattered less. He laugh as he causally told me there was a design flaw and how “lame” it was that Mopar didn’t issue a recall. He also said that anyone who had changed the oil could have broken it, he blamed everyone but who actually broke it. At no point and time was there any blame taken by Prestige, just a nonchalant not really my problem, and bunch of blame passing. The fact of the matter is, it worked when I dropped it off and I was charged 800$ for a part broken while the vehicle was being worked on by them. It also meant that I couldn’t get the work the vehicle was there for done. The part that makes it so much worse is that the oil cooler assembly retails for 247$, it’s cost is 75% labor and they still didn’t step up to fix what they broke. More

AC repair under warranty I'm satisfied with the service, but I have to withhold one star because of so-so communication. We dropped it off on Friday morning, told we would hear by noon. Nothing by 1pm so left message. Called again at 2pm, Mike said he needed to talk to tech and would get back. Nothing so I called again at 4pm, and Mike said they needed to finish the next (business) day on Monday. We picked up the truck, dropped off again Monday morning. They finished, but similar to the service on Friday I had to call Mike to get status. When I was talking with Mike and others they were always polite and helpful. I'm satisfied with the service and will use them again. Just be prepared to call them to get status. More

Poor Service I went in for the recall notice for the passenger side airbag and an oil change. I had brought an air filter to replace the old one but it was not don I went in for the recall notice for the passenger side airbag and an oil change. I had brought an air filter to replace the old one but it was not done. Service spent more time telling me what other services I should do for my Jeep. Prestige is way over priced. To replace my radiator I was quoted $800.00. I can purchase an OEM radiator at retail for $120.00 and replace it my self. More

Unfortunately one of the services requested (amplifier software update) failed to work ( I was charged $100 anyway) even after I supplied the service bulletin number that was previously released for this problem, Dealer also installed new tires on vehicle. A few days after the install there was an extreme vibration in the vehicle at freeway speeds. Took vehicle back into dealer and was told some of the weights placed at the install had fallen off and needed to be replaced. Service tech was friendly and made the repairs free of charge, but it shouldn't have been necessary to begin with. More
