Above and Beyond Had transfer case issues just before a 4X4 Offroad trip to Moab. No Jeep = no trip! I would leave no stars Worst dealership I've ever done business with. I purchased my car 3 months ago, and still do not have a registration, my lien has not been perfected w Worst dealership I've ever done business with. I purchased my car 3 months ago, and still do not have a registration, my lien has not been perfected with the bank, and they promised me a Sirius XM radio install that I still have not seen any progress with yet. My radio cuts in and out and turns off, the finance department lost my down payment check and it took them 2 months to realize it was missing, they did not tell me who I was financing with during the signing of all the paperwork, and when I contact the GM still to this day, my attempts to reach out go unanswered and ignored. The manager asked that I give them a perfect score on their survey and that they would take care of me (illegal). My sales person, Cindy, was great, and did what she could to help, but I have nothing good to say about anyone or anything else at this dealership. Do not buy from them. More
