Warranty safety recall When the appointment was made I was told 1 to 1 1/2 hours. When I arrived was told 2 hours, also that they hadn't done this replacement to my model truck before. At 2 1/2 hours was told that this was especially difficult and would be done in another 20 minutes. At just over 3 hours was told again how hard a job this was and this came across as they were not experts with this type of work. Completion was at just under 4 four hours. This experience leaves me with little confidence for this service department. Mike was friendly and did the best he could with relaying the info even though most info was that the delays were continuing. More

I liked the car so much, I decided to buy another upgraded version 2019 model. Even though I had moved out of state, I decided to search inventory using my old zip code and Prestige came up with the exact vehicle I was looking for. We came to a agreeable price via my 2018 trade in and they arranged for delivery service included in the price. I am now waiting for delivery of my new 2019 Pacifica Hybrid Limited which should happen within a few days. More

Made an appointment online and got confirmation after a few error messages. Arrived at the dealership to find out they did not have my appointment. This resulted in my vehicle not being looked at until the next day. This was stated to be a known problem but that's not very helpful to the end customer. My advice is to call and make your appointment. More

When you want something done halfway I recently brought my Rubicon in for some warranty work on an axle seal, the service was pretty good and they seemed to have fixed the problem. Not even 5 minutes down the road my change oil light came on. I wish that they would've looked to see that it was probably only a mile or so from being due as to save me a trip. Fast forward to my most visit for an oil change. They got me in fairly quickly, in and out in about 45 minutes. As I drove down highway 119 I had to quickly pull over and latch my hood. When I called them to let them know that their guys didnt latch my hood, the response I received was "well do you know how to latch it?" After getting home and wondering what else they may have "forgotten" I opened my hood to find oil spilled all over around where it was filled and dripping down. We have bought MULTIPLE cars at this dealership throughout the years and really this kind of service is unacceptable. More

Warranty work I gave the service department a 5-star rating because we had picked up our brand new Jeep. Within 24 hours the stop-and-start battery and relay went b I gave the service department a 5-star rating because we had picked up our brand new Jeep. Within 24 hours the stop-and-start battery and relay went bad. We brought it right in. the service advisor Jason said we'll get you fixed up immediately. By lunchtime the next day they had it all fixed.Replaced the rely and they had to take another start and stop battery out of another vehicle because they did not have any in stock.. That's service!!!! Thanks guys!!!!! More
