Shady dealership. I am a college student, mother of a teenage son and toddler daughter, I do not have time to waste or extra money to spend. I was told by Levi they would work with me on my payments and we were close enough if I would just come down. I drove an hour and 15 minutes to get there, again with a baby and teen. I get there and they barely budged and I ended up spending the amount he initially said. Ok, my fault for getting swindled I guess. That's not it though, I said I didn't have a down payment and now he says I have to come up with one. Okay, we agree to 500. Then he says since I have not paid my payment this month lets do 700 down and they will pay my car loan off so that I do not have to make that payment. Guess what they did not pay my car loan in time and I now have to come up with and additional $250, again a mother of two and a college student....yeah not very easy!!! I called and left a message, got a call back and they said they will get ahold of me later about my complaint. Still no return call. Top it all off and now that the weather is nicer and I can see the van that "has never been wrecked" yeah it has definitely been in a fender bender and I see its covered with fingernail polish. It hasn't even been a week, when you buy a used car you are supposed to be happy for at least a few months right???? I still have the texts from the salesman Levi where he clearly conned me to get down there in the first place. More

Good service, but mediocore communication We dropped off our Ram 1500 that morning to have a brake controller installed, AC repaired, plus a couple of recall services. We called them at 4:30pm to see if ready, but had to leave a message. Called again at 6pm, got voice mail. Called back right away and eventually talked to someone. Found out they were not going to be able to finish that day, so had to wait until next day to pickup. If they had communicated better earlier I would have given 5 stars, but had to deduct a star because of the mediocore communication. Everything else was very good. More

Oil change and warranty work. Jason as always too good care of me and my Grand Cherokee. I went in for an oil change, then left to go home and the engine light came on so I brought Jason as always too good care of me and my Grand Cherokee. I went in for an oil change, then left to go home and the engine light came on so I brought it back to Jason. They ran the diagnostics on the computer and found the problem and thankfully it was covered under warranty. They didn’t have the part so they gave me a ride home. A couple days later I came to pick up the Jeep, but a part they had ordered was defective so they gave me a loaner car on Friday and I picked up the Jeep Monday and it works great so far. Jason went out of his way to explain everything that was happening and made it as easy as possible for me. I highly recommend your service department and Jason to my friends and family. More
