Doing What they say they will do I feel this Service Center does a good job of getting the job done right and on time. Poor Service I went in for the recall notice for the passenger side airbag and an oil change. I had brought an air filter to replace the old one but it was not don I went in for the recall notice for the passenger side airbag and an oil change. I had brought an air filter to replace the old one but it was not done. Service spent more time telling me what other services I should do for my Jeep. Prestige is way over priced. To replace my radiator I was quoted $800.00. I can purchase an OEM radiator at retail for $120.00 and replace it my self. More
Good Customer service. poor execution. Service rep was very friendly and accommodating, He kept me updated throughout the day. Unfortunately one of the services requested (amplifier softwar Service rep was very friendly and accommodating, He kept me updated throughout the day. Unfortunately one of the services requested (amplifier software update) failed to work ( I was charged $100 anyway) even after I supplied the service bulletin number that was previously released for this problem, Dealer also installed new tires on vehicle. A few days after the install there was an extreme vibration in the vehicle at freeway speeds. Took vehicle back into dealer and was told some of the weights placed at the install had fallen off and needed to be replaced. Service tech was friendly and made the repairs free of charge, but it shouldn't have been necessary to begin with. More

We showed up twenty minutes early to the vehicle we were interested in cleaned and waiting for us at the front of the building. Steve had all the numbers available, and very easy to understand. We the decision to purchase the vehicle. I let Steve know that I was planning a surprise birthday dinner for my wife and we needed to leave shortly for that. Worked around this and pitched the idea of us getting dinner while we wait for the final paperwork. We went out to dinner and stayed longer than we thought. When we showed up Steve and several other employees were staying late to help us through the final process. Steve walked us through all the features of the vehicle and how to use them all. I have purchased several vehicles before, however this was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had and strongly recommend prestige chrysler dodge jeep and ram in longmont colorado. More

Wouldn’t fix problem until warranty expired Brought my car in complaining about a frontend noise close to the end of the warranty, and was told by service that they couldn’t hear a noise that ev Brought my car in complaining about a frontend noise close to the end of the warranty, and was told by service that they couldn’t hear a noise that everyone else could hear clearly, and there was no problem. Brought it in for an alignment after that, and got new tires hoping that would quiet the frontend. Called them to report the front end was squirrely after the alignment and new tires. They said there was no problem, and the new tires make it squirrely. Noise has now gotten louder, so took it back in 4/19, and was told the hub bearings are shot, not to drive it, tire has unusual wear as a result, and $800 to replace the bearing. Reminded mechanic that I’d brought it in during the warranty period complaining about frontend noise when it was still under warranty, and he said “yea, that’s probably when the bearing was first going out”. So now i’m out of what should have been a warranty repair, the alignment, new tire is ruined, and I have an $800 quote. To add insult to injury, they charged me $140 to diagnose the problem. Think it’s time to consult an attorney, and find a better dealership. More
