Ricky Pim called me and his exact words “you need to let my used car guy look at your trade.” Something told me to trust this guy! He was confident in his words and his voice! I went in, I sure am glad I did, I walked away with a 2019 need compass trailhawk, these guys sure did take care of me through the entire process. I highly recommend these guys and we will be returning for our next purchase. More

Tried twice - HORRIBLE Started working with Anthony after making an appointment to test drive a manual Rubicon JL. Anthony told me he had one on the lot for me to drive, when I showed up, none could be found. He said driving a sport was the same.... wrong. also called to test driving a Rubicon 4 door with a manual transmission, Anthony said they had 2 on the lot I could test drive, when I showed up, again, none could be found. Not withstanding, the similarities between the models are close, but don't lie to your customers just to get them on the lot. While we sat down and started discussing price and financing, Anthony use derogatory and curse words which was extremely unexceptionable. We ended up getting up and leaving after the extremely disrespectful attitude. While we were leaving he said "good luck with another xxxxing dealership." No thanks. More

Never again I Bought a brand new vehicle here on a Thursday without being able to see or drive it which is fine for me. I was promised the truck would be there to I Bought a brand new vehicle here on a Thursday without being able to see or drive it which is fine for me. I was promised the truck would be there to pick up the following day. On Friday called to make sure we were on schedule to be told it wouldn’t arrive till Monday. On Monday I did the same thing only to be told it wouldn’t be till Tuesday by six. On Tuesday I arrived at 5:30 and sat till 9 before the truck was finally ready. At this point I’m given the keys and go out to the truck to find an empty tank of fuel, two scratches on the side of the truck, and a spot that had been covered with touch up paint. Up to this point I never received a call on any of these days. I felt as though after signing the papers I was no longer Ricky’s concern. I had to call every time myself to find out what was going on. After finding the scratches I spoke with Randy the sales manager and was given a fuel voucher to fill up the truck and told I could bring it back to have the shop try to buff out the scratches and touch up paint. Now today a week after buying the truck I actually have it but can still see the scratches and touch up paint spot. Randy offered to have the part repainted but I don’t want to have my brand new truck already repainted. So I guess my options at this point are deal with it or get repainted and be without truck again. I will say Randy and Jason in finance were great to work with but for the way everything else has gone this is my first and last time I go here. More
Appalling customer service I brought my Jeep in for a tune up and some fluids to be replaced. During the oil change my oil cooler assembly was broken; I drove the Jeep there jus I brought my Jeep in for a tune up and some fluids to be replaced. During the oil change my oil cooler assembly was broken; I drove the Jeep there just fine that morning. I then shockingly received a call where the service guy laughed and said I hate having to make these calls but it’ll be 800$. At no point and time did the manager get on the phone, I had to call back and ask to speak to him. When I did get to talk to the manager, it clearly couldn’t have mattered less. He laugh as he causally told me there was a design flaw and how “lame” it was that Mopar didn’t issue a recall. He also said that anyone who had changed the oil could have broken it, he blamed everyone but who actually broke it. At no point and time was there any blame taken by Prestige, just a nonchalant not really my problem, and bunch of blame passing. The fact of the matter is, it worked when I dropped it off and I was charged 800$ for a part broken while the vehicle was being worked on by them. It also meant that I couldn’t get the work the vehicle was there for done. The part that makes it so much worse is that the oil cooler assembly retails for 247$, it’s cost is 75% labor and they still didn’t step up to fix what they broke. More
