I completed the sale by my bedtime and paid a $1000 deposit. The car was delivered to my home Monday but I had not paid for it. I drove to the dealer, explained the mess they had created, and asked to pay for the car. That was a poor first experience with the dealer. Don't blame Leigh. He did all he could for me. More

Took jeep to service department for a recall. Dealership called and said it was ready to pick up Saturday evening and we could pick up after hours. When we arrived, a door had been left open and artery had called and said it was ready to pick up Saturday evening and we could pick up after hours. When we arrived, a door had been left open and artery had died. They had parked jeep between 2 other cars so we unable to jumpstart with our other vehicle. When I called the manager the next day he argued with me saying we couldn’t prove it. Never use this service department again. More

The previous owner of the vehicle I purchased obviously also trusted this dealership and its people. My only gripe, which was small, was that I knew what I was going to pay / was fair and a win win for both of us for the vehicle, but still had to play the back and forth with the "higher up". I drove for an hour in the snow storm to see this vehicle and if I had to leave over $200 on the table I would have been annoyed, but in the end we all were happy. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Prestige. More
