After having a very poor experience at another RAM dealer...(I won’t say who but it’s in the golden area and I hate them) I called prestige because they had a nice 2018 hemi longbed and spoke with JZ dealer...(I won’t say who but it’s in the golden area and I hate them) I called prestige because they had a nice 2018 hemi longbed and spoke with JZ (jason) who on the phone I got along with like a house on fire. I went in, he had coffee for me I looked at a truck I liked the truck so I bought the truck. They made sure the truck was in perfect shape and they delivered it a few days later. The experience was fun and the only stress was all me being nervous about buying a newer vehicle. so now I have a truck. Nice and painless. I asked them to fix a few things and do tires with no added xxxxxxxx and they did. I’m a technician and a very meticulous with my vehicles so I’m pretty untrusting and very critical of shops and dealerships. These guys were great and I will always recommend them. More

My only complaint is that I was told it had been completely serviced, but when I started my drive home, I noticed that the message center was warning that the washer fluid was low and needed to be filled. I should have noticed prior to leaving the dealership. Just seems that that would have been part of the service procedure. More
