Could not be happier with our experience!! I am out of state and our daughter lives in Downtown Denver. Called and spoke with Cindy in sales about purchasing our daughter a used wrangler we saw online. Ci state and our daughter lives in Downtown Denver. In 10 mins called back and said it had just sold an hour prior. Saw another and said I want it but wanted all the roof racks off. She said no problem. Took everything off of it (a lot) and got it ready for my daughter the next morning. My daughter came out the next morning and said "I don't like it." I felt bad. All financing and paperwork were already worked out. Cindy said "give me a little bit" and went to work on it and called us back. We were able to put my daughter in a brand new '21 Wrangler Unlimited. They're putting leather in the car as well! She is so excited and I can't thank Cindy and the team at Prestige enough for their service, patience and professionalism!! More

The front-end process was wonderful. They were very responsive to my requests and provided a fair price for the vehicle. My criticism of the dealership begins after the transaction was complete. I negotiated for a set of studless Blizzak LT tires to be delivered with the car. Was told the tires were ordered. Car was delivered with studdable winter tires sans studs. I have made it clear through several correspondences that I am unhappy with the provided tires. Dealer has made zero attempts to correct discrepancy beyond ambiguously explaining to me that I am incorrect and that the tires are of equal performance. Regardless of how you interpret the differences, the unwillingness to work towards a solution has left me feeling unhappy with the transaction. More

Worked with my father originally while I was shopping around, and when the dealer closer to me wasn't being very helpful I decided to try the dealership by my parents. When the original car we were plann around, and when the dealer closer to me wasn't being very helpful I decided to try the dealership by my parents. When the original car we were planning to buy was sold literally hours before we got there, he found another one we could purchase in the correct color and model. Then, when the dealership they were trying to transfer the car from wouldn't cooperate, he found yet another Jeep, same color and model for the same price, and would still be available on the same day. Ended up with better features too! Very happy with what he found for us. More
