I found a truck that I was interested in on Auto Trader.com, inquired and Ponlue answered my inquiry. From that point on, this had to be the best auto buying experience that I think I've ever had. Once Ponlue, contacted me, we quickly negotiated a price that was equitable to us both (with in about an hour or so). Set up a day that I could fly in and check out the truck, Jack met me at the Denver airport & we drove back to the dealership. Ponlue met me as I got out of the truck, did some preliminary paperwork, waited for Tony to get it all together and I was out of the dealership in about an hour & 15 minutes.
