Bought the extended warranty that "covers everything" here we are a few years later and transmission is not covered because we put a snow plow mount on it. Called the warranty company and was told its not cancelable. How is there something you buy that cant be canceled??? I call the dealer and yup. they cant do ANYTHING! you would think they would offer to do something for customer satifaction but nope. I cant belive they did not try to help or do anything, just told us theres nothing that can be done, no other options. Now Im paying each month for a warranty that is 100% void. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! IF YOU LOVE THE ANSWER NO, SORRY WE CANT HELP THEN THEY ARE FOR YOU!! More

My 2008 Patriot was in for brake rebuild for both front and back on 12/14/12. Today, I performed a tire rotation and found the lug nuts were extremely over torqued. It has been 4 1/2 months from the break service until today. One of the lugs was cross threaded. Luck was on my side and I was able to remove the lug with out further damage. All lugs on all 4 wheels were extremely hard to remove and required all my strength to achieve break torque for removal. I normally torque these wheels to 60 foot lbs and know how hard that is and expect that after a few months that it will take a bit more than 60 ft lbs to remove the lug. In summary the lugs were extremely over torqued and one lug was cross threaded. I expect this kind of service from cheap mechanics and NOT from a dealership. I pay more at dealerships to get top notch care and properly trained techs. Something has gone totally wrong at Prestige Dodge in Longmont. Don't trust them!!!!!!!!!! MY BIGGEST CONCERN NOW IS .... WHAT ELSE HAS BEEN HONKED UP BY THIS DEALERSHIP? More
We recently purchased a brand new 2012 vehicle from this dealership. They use high pressure sales tactics, they lie through their teeth, they give you an "OTD" guaranteed price but seem to lose th dealership. They use high pressure sales tactics, they lie through their teeth, they give you an "OTD" guaranteed price but seem to lose the paper that states the OTD price they just gave you the day before, the finance people get upset and have an attitude if you question anything in the paperwork regarding price or payments (we caught them trying to over price us twice in the paperwork and wouldn't sign anything unless it was fixed and they got really upset with us). We asked about various new vehicle incentives or military discounts and the sales person Tony said there were none but when we went on their website to put in a service request we saw a bunch of cash back incentives that applied to us. The service request was for our brand new 2012 vehicle that took a dump on us after less than 30 days of ownership! These people are xxxx and take advantage of customers. 70% of my family members and friends drive chrysler vehicles and I will not recommend that they purchase their next vehicle with Prestige. Stay away from these people, go the extra couple of miles to another dealership. More
My husband and I bought a used Volvo Wagon from prestige during one of their parking lot sales. We paid 5000 for the Volvo and were told it was in excellent condition. The car had been a recent trade in and had not been detailed yet but it looked well taken care of. The blue book on the car was around 7000 so we felt we had gotten a good deal. But since the car had not be detailed yet, we asked if our mechanic found a major problem could we get our money back. The dealsip said they would give the 5000 in trade toward another car. We could not get into our mechanic right away but before the appointment, the check engine light came. We had driven the car less than 100 miles. Our mechanic checked the car and reported 4500+ in needed repairs. We brought it back and was traded (the only option offered) for an even older car worth only 3000 on the blue book. We were only shown one car as a possible purchase. There was really not much of a selection. The Check engine light came in on that car right away in less than 7 miles. We got to our mechanic who said that the car needs about 500 in repairs. we asked for Prestige to pay for this repair and to refund us 1000 since the car was not even listed on their site for what we paid. They had it listed for 3995. The reply that we should be tickled pink we didn't end up with the junk Volvo that needed so many costly repairs. We were told when we brought back the Volvo that they would take it to auction and not offer it for sale because it had so many problems. But I see the Volvo for sale on their site. What a bunch of crooks. It is dealerships like this who give used car businesses a bad name. More

The people were friendly and explained everything, both before they started and when I picked it up, so that I underst time it took for the repairs. Prestige did my heater core on my Dodge. I usually always have Prestige do my work on my Truck. Every time I walk into Prestige the employees are so friendly.
