Since then, my truck has been in the shop for repairs 6 times, totaling nearly 2 months - I was at wits end and Chrysler/Ram took the low road at every turn. Initially, prestige sales reps (John Robertson) were extremely unhelpful - but when Owner and sales manager Randy Dreshler learned of my travails, they stepped in and traded my lemon for a new truck. (I had to pony up $3,500, but could rationalize it because of the 4,000 miles I logged on the truck when it worked). While challenging up front, prestige regained my faith and will get my future biz. Was sold someone else's problems! I would like to start out by saying "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP". I bought a used Dodge Challenger SRT8, 2008 from this dealership and I am sorry I would like to start out by saying "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP". I bought a used Dodge Challenger SRT8, 2008 from this dealership and I am sorry I ever did. When I took the vehicle home the first day I notice problems with the vehicle right away. I notice that the vehicle was smoking really bad, the tires were leaking air, there was a bad oil leak, there was something wrong with the front struts because the vehicle would bottom out on every little bump. I had a three month warranty and brought the vehicle back the next day and ask for my down payment back because I did not want to have to go through all the trouble of having to keep bringing the vehicle back to the dealership for repairs. I was refused a refund and that they would try and fixed the vehicle, what a mistake that was. I am a disabled Veteran and it is hard for me to get around and I can't count how many times I brought the vehicle back for repairs. I told the sales manager this and was told that it was not there problem that I was disabled. I could not believe the disrespect I received at this dealership. Well after numerous visits back to the dealership everything was repaired except for the tires leaking air and the vehicle smoking which was a big problem! I brought the vehicle in with three weeks left on my warranty and after numerous phone calls, nothing was done to fix the smoking problem or to repair the tires leaking air. I was told to come and pick up the vehicle and that there was nothing they could do to fix it and this happen right when the vehicle's warranty ran out, leaving me with no choice but to except the vehicle the way it was. When I took the vehicle home I could see that someone at the dealership had put two huge door dents in the vehicles doors. They denied that it happened at their dealership but I had just waxed the vehicle and there were no door dents in the doors when I brought it to them for the last time. I must comment on the treatment I received from the sales people, I was ignored when I brought the vehicle in for repairs. I would leave messages for someone to call me back when I called about my vehicle and would never receive a phone call back, so I had to drive all the way to the dealership to get someone to talk to me, by the way the dealership was a 45 minute drive. It was just plain out disrespect from the whole dealership. I now have the vehicle in a shop that found out what the smoking is on the vehicle and fixed the leaking tires. I don't know how much it is going to cost to repair the vehicle yet and this will come out of my pocket! I don't believe when you buy a vehicle from a dealership that you should have to do repairs on the vehicle right away and I am very disappointed in the way I was treated at this dealership, I don't believe I will ever purchase a Chrysler vehicle in the future. I know I am stuck with this vehicle and all the problems it has, but I believe it was wrong for this dealership to have sold me a vehicle in the condition it was. I think this whole situation should be dealt with on a higher level and I plan to do that, I just want to warn people out there to be very cautious when purchasing a vehicle from Prestige, Dodge. Worst customer service So I bought a vehicle from this dealership and the finance manager talk me into a $5,000 extended warranty to cover the vehicle bumper to bumper. The vehicle was taking over to BMW in Boulder and was fixed right away. However, BMW Boulder is not releasing the car until Prestige pays them. Prestige and the warranty company are going back and forth on whose cost it is to cover a part that is covered under their warranty. Have called the salesman, customer service manager, and multiple people at Prestige with no return phone call. 5 grand for a warranty that is useless huh? I would not recommend this dealership to anybody on the planet if they were the last one on the planet. I'd rather walk. More

Tax mistakes I bought a new dodge dart from this dealership. The day my plates were due (45days later) I got a call saying they made a mistake on the city tax and I bought a new dodge dart from this dealership. The day my plates were due (45days later) I got a call saying they made a mistake on the city tax and asked for a check for 904.02. I told them it was there mistake not mine. I was told it happens sometimes for the good sometimes for the bad. I told them I didn't have 900 dollars. They asked for a post dated check. After a couple of hours of asking for some kind of help since it was their mistake I got no where and wrote a post dated check. I've called them at least a dozen times since and they're always "swamped" with customers and told someone would call me back. After 3 weeks of no return calls I stopped payment on the check and surprise now they're finally calling me. I was told I couldn't get my plates till it was paid but the DMV said that wasn't true. I was also told if I got pulled over I would be ticketed and my car would possibly be towed because it is "technically" not registered. All of the paperwork/contracts were signed. The managers should own up to their mistake. They won't...they got their sale and their commission. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! More
2016 Jeep is a LEMON. Plus the finance paperwork is suspect I bought a 2016 Jeep (new) with 11 miles on it and it has been in the shop 6 times for over the required 30 business days by CO lemon law standards. Rather than make this easy the dealership, GM, and the owner of the dealership (according to the sales manager) have decided to do nothing and make me jump through hoops to get my money back I put 10K down this piece of junk. The finance paperwork has three different sales prices on it and I questioned them on this TWICE!! Before all the stuff happened with the Jeep breaking down. The car has MAJOR safety issues, lights go out, windshield wipers go out, blinkers out, etc. I have no doubt that they completely deserve the ONE rating they have received. I would not send my worst enemy to this place to buy a car, stay far far away or you will be in arbitration with me. More
