Attentive and Concerned. My first experience with this dealership three years ago was less than stellar. Problem on top of problem on top of problem. Calls not returned, etc. I received a call from Jackson a month or so ago and I pretty much blew him off. I then began receiving emails from Ashley in the internet sales department, on 2 occasions she said that Jared would call me and he never did.. I just decided to walk in off the street to see what would happen as a "cold caller". Wow! Has that dealership changed! Tony Sigfid was amazing, he even bought a soda for myself and my daughter with his own funds. Maybe not a bit deal to you, but I was very impressed by this. The Sales Manager even came over to talk to use to assure us they would try to regain my trust. (The original story is just too long and too gruesome to go into. Let's just say that they have done a complete 180 degree shift and the change is outstanding. Would I direct someone to Prestige? I can now answer with a resounding "YES"! More

Problem with Sales Mgr JR Robertson Went into this dealership where I had previously purchased my Dodge Charger RT. They were paying top dollar for my little sports car and I wanted a Went into this dealership where I had previously purchased my Dodge Charger RT. They were paying top dollar for my little sports car and I wanted a truck. Worked with Jake Billings, a new salesman at Prestige, who did a very good job. We found a truck on the lot that worked for me and got the paperwork done and I proceeded to head on home. They were unable to provide me a fuel voucher so the vehicle was completely empty and I had to fill it up before going home, a full tank of gas was supposed to have been provided. No big deal, they told me to come back and they would give me a voucher for a tank of gas. The big problem was the sound system, both the salesman and myself thought the truck had Navigation. Upon driving home, I found that the system in my $48,000 truck did not have Navigation like the salesman and I had believed. I went back to the dealership the following week and asked Jake if we could switch this out with a system that had Navigation like we both thought. He brought me to the sales manager JR(John) Robertson. He said, "Why do you need Nav anyway". I told him that both the Salesman and I thought it had it, and when I travel out of town it was a big help. He looked at me and said, "Well it will cost you $600 to switch it out". Basically giving no consideration to the salesman or myself, after I was told that it did have Navigation when I bought it. Just seems like a cheap xxx way to treat a customer when he was told that the vehicle was equipped in this way. Follow up to this review which I posted 15 minutes ago. Within 10 minutes I was called by this dealership. The store manager or owner Steve called me and I explained again what happened. He was upset about what happened and said he would absolutely take care of it. I am impressed with the immediate response and the dealership willing to step up and take care of this misunderstanding. More
