The sales staff are flimflammers - specifically, Curtis and the GM David. When I became frustrated with the transaction and their poor service they simply ghosted me; they ceased returning my calls, texts, and emails. Later, without notice or prompting they just refunded my deposit and refused to do business with me. A day later the vehicle was re-posted on the internet for a much higher price than what I had been quoted. You should know this tidbit as well - the the vehicle price that is posted on the internet is not accurate. Prestige tacks-on $2k onto the quoted price for an unwanted window tinting warranty. Basically, its a mark-up on the quoted price to get people to bite on their advertisements. You cannot opt out of the warranty and it can only be redeemed at their office location. This business epitomizes every slimeball connotation associated with self-indulgent car salesmen. More

We were then informed the price would be an additional $500 from the online posted price because we were NOT financing. When we got to the Dealership not only was the $500 but another additional $1995.00 for "DEALER UPGRADES". Those upgrades are for window tinting of the driver and passenger front window (all other windows are factory tinted) and GPS tracking (SVR Pursuit - retails for $700 with a 5 year subscription) This was not told to us on the phone prior to travelling to the Dealership AND Cadillacs already have the OPTION of Onstar, which has tracking. When I showed the Salesperson the Online Ad on CarGurus, his response was "that's third party and we aren't responsible for what those ads do and don't have. SSSSSOOOOO not true. Your Online Advertising Manager is responsible. Your Online Manager is the one that posted the Ad on CarGurus. Talk about fake pricing!!!! So plan on an additional $2000 to $2500 to the price before you consider buying from this Dealership More
