Suncat7 ... Sorry to read of our inability to meet your expectations when shopping for a used car in June. I am just now seeing your post or I would have written you sooner. With you not listing your real name I was unable to call you personally to see where the disconnect was. I admit to being a sinner saved by grace and far from admit perfection, I do know we often fall short daily, but then again make many many happy with our solutions and have been "WAAAAAY" too blessed to not walk in the light all the time, much less when doing something as simple as selling a used car. Do folks have varied expectations of what their $2000, 5000 or $15,000 might buy..? sure they do, but with 1500 visitors (online/ walkin) weekly, our goal is for families to want to try us again, whether they find a car today or not. Jjjjjjjj ... Dear sir. I have spent the better part on 2 hours trying to find out about your visit and have had no luck. I am not sure when you were in as Victor has been on vacation for the last 8-10 days, but he will be back tomorrow and hopefully help me find you. If your heart feels so lead, please call me tomorrow (#694-1234) so I can get a better insight on our miss step with you. While I make no claim of perfection, we are way too blessed to challenge the favor with deception. Every online listing has a price and miles and while a human (like me) can type 35, 000 when the right miles are 53,000, it was a natural human error I'm sure. We are blessed to have 6000-7000 folks per month shop with us and most of these are folks read our listing and know we have cars from 2,000 to 200,000. If a family likes my car "awesome" I say, if they don't "no problem" "thanks for the visit" are my words. Call Please :-)

While we arrive with a daily goal to be and do our best, we know like any business that has 6000-7000 monthly (website / in person) visitors that not all will have their expectations met. I too am a shopper and never like to wait till 11 for a 10:30 doctors appointment or hear in a drive through line "sir can you go park while we prepare your chicken sandwich". I apologize we let you down and welcome a chance to see if I can make you happy. Please stop in or call me today .. call #352-694-1234 ... Chris p.s. - While I don't want to speak past your pain and I will gladly talk with you in person or by phone, I am a bit amazed Jim Cooks name is mentioned...? He is one of the sweetest 80+ year old men you can meet. If America had fathers of class and character that Jim Cook is, the world would have a fraction of the pain it has now. I have noticed a steep increase in both positive "right on" and negative "stone throwers" responses to a bolder testimony and for joyfully telling of what my eyes have seen. Many years ago when we played Kenny Chesney & Rascal Flats in the store and someone had a flat tire, it was a flat tire. Now with Christian music and a flat tire, I hear "Watch these Christians, they will stick you with a flat tire". While this week we saved a shopper from driving out of town to buy a car with 4 wrecks (and that dealer will never get a bad review), I will for get one from a visitor who did not like us having a Bible on the bathroom stand. Thanks for your time and hoping for another chance to better assist your family.

Chris & Brillion. Sorry you are feeling let down after buying the 2013 Ford Edge. We ended up together as you know because we had a vehicle with a very aggressive price online. The family who owned the Edge wanted it sold sooner than later and you viewed not too long after they dropped it off. Sorry the vehicle was not more ready at the time of purchase. Two points if I may (1) Sorry we let you down and please come see me so I can create a shop credit for you so you may recap some of your future maintenance expenses. (2) While a car not being 100% ready is not having our best foot forward, you were told it was on consignment, had just come in and our hands tied on price as we were no the owners. The newly arrived 2013 Ford Edge was offered to you, but not forced upon you. Price and condition seemed to be a consideration you had already made when saying "we'll take it", sorry now months after the sale it was not. "Lieach, sorry you are not 100% happy tonight. You purchased a 1993 Toyota about 6 weeks ago. I apologized for the concern on the call from last Thursday and told you we would happily look at the vehicle "for free" and offered you an appointment anytime you could come. You asked (as folks might do when they fear a mechanical concern) "what if it is a big thing", I without hesitation told you we would find you another vehicle to replace it with and not leave you stranded or dealing with this alone. As of today you were offered 2-3 other Toyota's and some are 2006 models (13 years newer than you '93) for a very modest upcharge from $3800 to $5995 (normally $7995). For your troubles you were told you would not need to come up additional down payment and keep your same bi-weekly rate. We would cancel your old sale and even give you credit for the original monies (700-800 I think) you put down (so that value would not be lost). Your response to the 2006 models were "I will not pay more than $3800". when I asked where does one find 2006 Toyota's (Matrix or Solara) and with lot financing, you said "that's all I want to pay". I looked today and shared with you that in a 500 mile radius (Autotrader / Cars.com) I could NOT FIND ONE of the 38 Toyota's (Camry's or Matrix) listed for the $3800 you wanted to pay. You texted me at lunch yesterday wanting me to read your bad review (even sent me the link) and a couple hours later texted me again your attorney in Tampa will be calling me soon. My very last text to you then was I wanted to stay on the solution conversation, asked you to raise your sights to $5995 sale price (for a 13 year newer car). I'm still here to help you move up from a 1993 model car to a 2006 Toyota, give you credit for the down payment and added a bonus of a $200 credit off your total after 90 day of good pay. I do have a couple $1500 to 2500 cars, but would like to see you go a bit newer, but am still open to other good reasonable ideas. Refund no, but I WILL help you get another $1500 - 3800 vehicle :-) Please call or stop in tomorrow... Chris #352-694-1234"
