Worst experience with a dealership I purchased a 2010 car from their Winter Haven dealership 2 months ago from a ex employee Ken (who was a awesome sales man) we had trouble with the pe I purchased a 2010 car from their Winter Haven dealership 2 months ago from a ex employee Ken (who was a awesome sales man) we had trouble with the performance of our car at first which after several weeks of back and forth got taken care of but still never did replace the tires (dry rotted) which were discussed upon buying the car and now seems to not remember that deal and lost the paper pertaining to the deal. Also when we got the car it was not cleaned out on the inside and was told the 500 down payment went to different fees and also the cleaning of the car, we never received a call back to get the car detailed out and had to pay out of pocket to our own detailer we use. We have had to constantly deal with Dave since Ken is no longer with the company and he has been very unprofessional, disorganized and seems to not care about our (the buyers) concerns. We have had to go in to the office more than 8-9 times turning in paperwork that has been misplaced (several times) or he filled it out wrong. Everytime we go into the office he gives us more excuses on questions asked about the car. After him being extremely disrespectful to me I became very enraged and told him exactly what I thought of him. He also had disrespected a lady from our finance company they told us how displeased they also were with Dave, who cussed and disrespected a employee at their company because he (Dave) was upset he did the paperwork wrong for the 4th time and he (Dave) had to redo it again. We are now riding on our 3rd temp tag because our tag was sent off a while ago and has not came back in yet (a claim that was now made after several different other tales were made.) we have already paid our car payment have full coverage insurance and still in the blind about our tag. We have exhausted all options to trying to get things in order and when calling the main St. Petersburg office they are no help and make excuses for the man we are dealing with, take his side on what's going on or seem to be not caring of the situation either. I would suggest when looking in to this dealership take the negative reviews very serious, I have bought several cars and never have had this experience and as far as getting help your better off looking into other things or possible legal action if dealing with this company. More

Called me and text me several times to let me know that he was there to help me find the car that I needed. He showed me 3 cars, two that I am interested in. Money pit Ford edge 2013. Bad experience. Didn't budge on price, was 8 months pregnant at time of purchase. Found out the tires & wipes were dry rotted & worn Ford edge 2013. Bad experience. Didn't budge on price, was 8 months pregnant at time of purchase. Found out the tires & wipes were dry rotted & worn. 5/32nds on tires. Oil light for change came on within the first 2 weeks of purchase, breaks started to grind, new pads & rotars were replaced with in twoonths, white powder coming out of the heating vents, air filter dirty upon pick up. A suckered & funeral brochure stuck in between the seats! Thanks for all that with a new baby!!!!! More

I was a firm believer in the business and it's owner even tho many in the community warned of problems in the past. I'm one to find out myself and guess what I did! 😈 More
