Michael. You purchased a truck you found online that had over 320,000 miles on it when you read the add. You took the truck to your diesel repair shop on 36th ave. in Ocala for a pre-purchase evaluation before we talked any price or trade-in numbers. You say you could not speak with us, yet I have in fact spoken with you three times after the sale. You have also spoken to my team leader Bob several times. Your purchase was as-is, but we did pay for the dash cluster and have a receipt to verify (but you already know that). A few weeks after you purchased the truck, you called all excited that the truck had a blown head gasket and had blown the radiator and was leaking water in your drive way. With no towing obligation in your purchase, we paid to have your truck towed in only to discover it was a $3.50 hose that had cracked and we replaced it with no charge to you, including tow. Michael you took the truck to one of the best diesel shops in town before buying it and you, your mechanic and me all knew it had 320,000 miles from day one. You even told me it was $12995 and not $24995 like one with half the miles could have bought. Your trade-in was a 2005 CHEVROLET SILVERADO C1500 #VIN: 2GCEC19N951249233 4 DOOR EXTENDED CAB PICKUP 6.0L V8 MPI GASOLINE. The vehicle history report from both carfax and AutoCheck reads like "No accident / damage reported to CARFAX" which any readers and yourself can easily verify. We have invested about $2000 -2500 reconditioning your trade-n and is currently listed on AutoTrader and can be found in Trucks under $9995 (http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-sale/vehicledetails.xhtml;jsessionid=gsy1IgbImiVT2wLpkNxdXu0F.web29023?listingId=441909785&searchRadius=0) ... About your ending thought about my faith (not meant to sound preachy). While I am just a sinner saved by grace, I do remember reading "The one who states his case first seems right, until the other comes and examines him" (Proverbs 18:17) ... I understand frustration, but not sure a story line so far from the truth..? In ending, on our very first call (the supposed blown head gasket), I asked you would you like to come trade your 2004 Chevy 2500 dsl 4wd for a 2008 Chevy dsl 4wd we had in and you told me no, "I like this truck".... I'm still here to help, but not sure why this story you tell ...

It took you 3 days to fix that so called hose that blew .i found radiator sealant in my resivor.i have still yet to get this so called "cluster" you purchased.and yes we have spoke 3 times and i have talked to bo but ive literally called 60 times to achive that.your site has my truck up for 13000 dollars.and ive been in 3 recorded accidents with that truck were officials have been involved.idont care how many miles are on the truck but more disapointed on the issues i found once i got the truck home and that you would willingly sell a person a vehicle needing 3800 in repairs or atlest help with cost .after asking in good faith to split the cost with you on the injectors i got told "thats too much money"..i knew about 1 injector going bad.not 3 a week later and smoking along with dumping diesel into the oil.or the 300 i just spent replacing the master cylinder and power steering pump

So warranty expired yesterday .i called in about this dash cluster you claim you have and no one knows anything about it .so bob tells me the best he could do was to refer me to your guy that rebuilds them and id have to pay him but it would be yalls price.that your not going to cover it.....so thats another 150 plus im out of pocket.not to mention the 280 i spent last week on rebuilding the power steering pump and buying a master cylinder becouse the brakes kept locking up on me.you claim to have spent 2500 on refurbishing my truck.....if you spend that much money cleaning trucks up to sell than please let me know what you put into the one im stuck with now other than some tie rod ends and a oil filter adapter....and for the record i had a 30 day power train warranty and the only thing you fixed was a hose on my truck that took 3 days and have gave me the run around about everything else becouse you dont stand behind your vehicles or want to make things right when you have to come out of pocket more than a couple bucks.i will right reviews about your company until i just plain cant anymore and save other people the hassle and money im having to go through now to have reliable transportation .

Michael... I'm sorry you have had any concerns with your 2004 Chevrolet. Prior to purchase, your trusted diesel mechanic told you to buy this 320,000 mile truck after his inspection. Most everyone selling a vehicle with this many is "as-is" yet we offered a 30 day motor / transmission warranty. A week or so after the purchase when you developed a pin hole in the radiator hose I offered to help with the repair OR let you trade for a newer diesel truck and you said 'no thanks, didn't even want to look". I couldn't talk you out of a 12 year old truck with 320,000 miles then and our sale was to not include these items as they came up. I can still look at possibilities of another truck or help you get these parts at our cost, but covering service items on a truck with a third of a million miles, I can't do. So were is this cluster you say you have.? I couldnt afford a newer truck there is a differance in wanting and being able to afford it.so yes no reason to even look..your cost on any of the parts i need isnt going to help my situation of having to spend almost 4000 in parts for new injectors and new instrument panel.REGUARDLESS of me buying a truck from you with 3200000 miles i shouldnt have to need to put that kind of money into it before i make my first payment.i even offered to split the cost with you and said no thats too much money.so what do you think 4000 dollars is to me.?
