The second time I came in to get my brakes serviced for squeeking( because they put extremely crappy brakes on their cars), the older mechanic did not want to listen to what I had to say and wanted to do whatever he had time for. It was close to closing, so he was extremely lazy about trying to fix the brakes instead of making the customer happy. His words were "sorry, theres nothing i can do to get rid of the problem". Well my boyfriend went in to take my brakes there to try and get the issue solved but instead of putting new brakes where the mechanic knew they were bad from the previous time on the front he put then on the back. OBVIOUSLY the car was still squeeking! So AGAIN, I had to make another trip to Prestige. Mind you, I have a job, and live 20-30 minutes away from SR 200 and connot continually skip work to fix a problem that a) should not have been there in the first place and b) should have been fixed the FIRST TIME. When I came back and asked the mechanic why he didnt put the brakes on the car he claimed "he didnt know where the problem was". From his manager's understanding, all cars that have been worked on, have forms that say what/where the problem is on the car, so why would he not pull out the sheet and say "well, the problem was here last time, so lets fix that."? IT'S NOT THAT HARD!!! Someone who does not work there should not have to tell you how to do your job. And for the last time I went there today. When I walked in, I went straight to the counter to recieve my license plate. There was one other customer who came in behind me. While waiting at the counter, not one of the associates asked if I needed help or had been helped. Yet, the customer that was behind me recieved their service first. Now tell me if I am wrong, but if your job title contains the words CUSTOMER SERVICE, then give ALL your customers respect that they deserve when they walk in the door. I would NEVER reccomend Prestige to anyone just because the lack of and the crappy service I have gotten every time from them. The only helpful person at that entire store was the Manager of the Mechanics, Clif, because of how willing he was to listen, give feedback, and continue to give us the kind of customer service that everyone should get. More

After doing much online research, we began the offline search for a new vehicle. We visited many, many dealerships, and could not find what we wanted. While we were looking for a replacement for the prim search for a new vehicle. We visited many, many dealerships, and could not find what we wanted. While we were looking for a replacement for the primary work truck, I was also in need of something more reliable, as my own car had over 200k on it! Much to our delight, I did find my new to me car, and what amazing service, attention to detail, and a fantastic trade in allowance, did we find at Prestige!!! From the moment, we met the sales team, and owner, we were treated like royalty. I cannot describe how nice it felt to be treated so well. While there, and by phone, email, and in person, we were kept up to date on every detail. We watched, as they even photographed, other customers getting their new vehicles, and shared their enthusiasm. The customer friendly portion was amazing...but the best part, was that they listened to what we wanted, what we could afford, and came in under our budgeted amount. How cool is that?? While there, a trade in came in that suits our needs to replace the work truck, and a beauty she is. Looks like we both found what we wanted, at a price we can afford, with quality and a real family feel at this dealership.I give Prestige 5 stars, 5 thumbs up, and will recommend them to everyone. In these times, I had forgotten how nice it was to feel like you, the customer, are important, and that they care about you on every level~!!! PS...I really enjoyed the ride home in my car tonight!!!! More

I had been looking around for my first car for quite a few weeks before I found Prestige. I wanted a really nice, yet affordable car. I found a 2008 Hyundai Sonata at another dealership, but they wanted a few weeks before I found Prestige. I wanted a really nice, yet affordable car. I found a 2008 Hyundai Sonata at another dealership, but they wanted a lot for it. The next place I went was here. I ended up with a 2011 Sonata and a big smile! The staff is amazing, they are all smiles and are genuinely caring. They tried their best to get me the best first car possible. I am so happy with my choice! We will be going there again for any family members that want vehicles. More
