I have recently purchased a vehicle at prestige, and had a great experience dealing with my salesman mike. I went to Prestige for my first car. After putting about 1300 down I was told by TONY that I wasn't allowed to chose the car I wanted. I was given a 2001 honda civic to finance which they said was priced at 7,000.00 ( WHAT A JOKE ) I was only 18 & didn't have any help so I didn't realize at the time that I was getting screwed. After having the car for a week the plastic under the steering wheel fell off & that was just the beginning! my breaks went less then a month after getting it. I've never been so upset with a vehicle before & it has brought me nothing but stress. I went back to try to get a different car a few months later & explained to the other employees my situation they told me that they were sorry & that Tony had been fired for screwing people like me over & that they also got new management. So I said does that mean I can get a different car? Nope! they said I had to put more money down, if not there was nothing they could do for me. They are all CON ARTISTS & i wouldn't recommend this place on my worst enemy. I pay 260 a month for a piece of junk honda civic when I have friends that drive brand new cars & don't even pay nearly as much as I do. All because I went to the wrong place. More

This place is the epitome of trash ... literally the dirtiest dealership i've ever done business with... sales people can't seem to keep their work areas clean is the epitome of trash ... literally the dirtiest dealership i've ever done business with... sales people can't seem to keep their work areas clean ... sat down to talk about a car and it stank of old onions and just unkempt people. The sales process was very predatory ... tried to make me sign paperwork without information I asked for (like a carfax...which they don't have btw). Then they tried to stick me with a terrible interest rate thinking I would just be dumb enough to agree and sign the paperwork. Got the everything worked out...drove the car off the lot and had a check engine light which led to thousands of dollars in needed repairs. No matter what they say don't listen to them they are the xxxx of the earth and deserver a -5 for a rating. More

If you have bought avehicle from here check with your bank you are financed with they give the bank inaccurate information to get more monet for the car you are trying to purchase. They are extremely rude and ignorant. I never signed my title or registry paperwork they forged it so i had to get my attornet involved. STAY AWAY FROM TGIS DEALERSHIP. THEIR TAX PROGRAM IS ALSO A SCAM EVEN EMPLOYEES ARE SUING THE OWNER. PLEASEDOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING FROM PAPERWORK WHEN YOU PURCHASED TO THE CONTACTING THE BANK AND MAKE SURE THEY DID NOT USE ANY FALSE INFORMATION SUCH AS THR MODEL AND THE EQUIPMENT IN YOUR VEHICLR. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I wish I would have read the reviews about this dealership before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Everyone online says its horrible, and believe the experience is. My family and I have purchase vehicles from KIA and Honda and have never dealt with such unprofessionalism and none caring of their customers as we have with Prestige Auto Mart 2 in Seekonk, Mass. When your there and interested in buying a car, everyone is all about you and want to get you in a car once they get you in a car is another story. I honestly feel like I was just another sale to them, all they cared about was getting me to get the car so that they can get paid. I purchased a vehicle that cost a few thousand dollars. They tell you they will register the car for you and How they will fix, clean and have everything ready for you to drive off with your car. I went there in the middle of the week, I choose the car that I wanted. The car radio was locked with a password, they said they would have it unlocked and the car would be cleaned, and the windows would be cleaned from all the sticky stuff left from the stickers they had on the car window. When I went that following Monday for the car, as they told me to come Monday and everything would be all set. When I arrived to pick up the car, the radio was still locked, car was not washed at all and the sticky stuff on the windows were still they. They told me I could take the car and come back on thursday and they would take care of everything. I came back thursday dropped off the car, when I came back in a few hours, as they asked me they told me they were able to unlock the radio but that they were to busy to clean the car and remove the sticky stuff from the window that if I could come back saturday. I live in providence so having to drive to seekonk back and forth gets annoying especially when they kept telling me they were going to have something done and then it not be done. Almost a month went by and I did not hear from them regarding my registration. I called and they told me they can not register my car until they have a VIN check done. I mentioned how no one called me and told me that they couldn't register my car because they needed to do a VIN check, and how someone should have called me to explain that to me so we could have taken care of it right away rather than waiting almost a month and for me to call to find that out. So the VIN check was done. In a few days it will be 2 months since I've purchased the vehicle from this dealership and I still have no registration, so I called because I was worried that maybe they had the incorrect address and it was sent some where else. The receptionist answered the phone and told me that the registration has been sitting in their office for almost a month now. I asked to speak to a manager to let him know about my experience and instead of listening to what I had to say he kept on interrupting me and telling me how basically none of this is their fault and wouldn't touch on the subject of their poor service. Instead keep interrupting me and wouldn't let me speak and wouldn't touch on the subject about my complaint. I would strongly suggest everyone take it into serious consideration whether or not to give any of their business to a business that can not do their part of the bargain. Especially if you want to avoid the headaches. As i said before, my family and I have dealt with other dealerships where you can avoid all of these problems. Do not make the same mistake I did. More

This is really a great place to buy a used car. The reason I say this is that me and my family have bought different kinds of vehicles from Prestige and in every case things worked out well. We started out with their buy-here-pay-here financing (our credit wasn't good at the time) and just recently purchased a 2010 fusion at a great price and a great rate. These guys really take care of you after the sale too. They have a full service department with no less than 7 or eight mechanics and that really helps out if you need quick service. I'd buy again from them in the future. Recommending them is no-brainer. More
They are not a respectable place to do business with. We almost bought a car at this place, but when we took the paperwork home, we realized some flaws in the purchase and agreement. The sales rep. made us think he lowered the price of the vehicle but he did not. When I called the following day to question the price...that is when I got the run around and no one wanted to take my call. They tricked me and my husband into signing an official bank document, which the sales rep. told us this was just the application, we could still back out. When I did speak with someone after several phone calls (again the following day) I told them I was not going to complete the deal, no money down, never took possession of the car, and never gave my trade. This was on a Sunday...they did not get back to me until Monday night to tell me I own the car and they have taken a loan out in my name. They sales manager Joe was unprofessional, I told him how could this be....never finalized the deal and now I knew why they never called me back until Monday night. He was yelling at me..telling me suggest I get a lawyer...before he called he had the sales guy call me to I guess to feel out the situation...then Joe the manager called like a bully. This was the worst thing that has ever happened to me. I was sick over this...the following day called the bank (I recalled them saying bank involved and noted briefly on the paper they gave me), thank god...the bank worked with me to resolve the issue and cancel processing of the loan. Do not want anyone to go thru this....this was the worst experience of my life. More
