He gave us all the information we needed to make a good decission, and he was right , for what we needed the Murano was the right choice. We didn'y feel pressured and was very happy when we left. Mike is a very knowledgable salesmen, and honest. When he did'nt know the answer to something he said so and found the answer. I liked that. More

The staff has always been friendly and professional and Eric has been cooperative, patient, and willing to work with me from day one. They have a wide variety of cars and can get their hands on almost anything you are looking for. The 2 most important factors for me have been 1) I am not swamped by salesmen when I simply want to look around - and 2) Eric has been nothing but honest and upfront and has never promised me anything he wouldn't be able to deliver. Miguel, Kevin, and Eric have worked to get me into a newer vehicle, trading in my older one, and keeping me at the same payment. Kevin made it seem effortless (thanks again Kevin!). I would certainly go back and recommend Prestige - and of course Eric - to my family and friends. I trust them. I cant say that about many car dealerships! More

AWESOME-SAUCE! Awesome, once again! Last year, my lady and I got a Nissan Sentra, which we relied on heavily, and found it to be extremely accomodating ... This year Awesome, once again! Last year, my lady and I got a Nissan Sentra, which we relied on heavily, and found it to be extremely accomodating ... This year, we received a flyer about getting a new vehicle and said "Hey, what the heck, let's see what we can do." So we went and talked to Biff (Thomas Biffle) about what we can do. He was an absolute pleasure to do business with, such a great personality and asset! Anyway, while we didn't require MUCH assistance, he was definitely accommodating and truly patient while we perused the lot, looking at their selection. All the while, he was truly (and necessarily) honest and up-front with what we could/couldn't do, what our options were, and he seemed absolutely relaxed and put us at ease, never pressuring us once and answering all of our questions. If anything, he tried to make sure (and double checked to be sure) that we were comfortable and confident in our decision making. In little to no time at all (quite literally, maybe 2 hours, tops) we arrived back at the scene, ready to talk to the finance lady Leslie Gagnon (again, being a fan of Cartman is awesome, too, haha), who again, never rushed us once, and just walked us through, by hand when need be, through the paperwork. Again, in little to no time (AND UNEXPECTEDLY, haha) we drove off. Only thing, instead of the same Nissan Sentra we drove in with, we left with our 2012 Kia Soul! My lady and I just got home from picking up our son and my brother from work. The whole ride back home, I told my brother that, next time he gets a car (which hopefully is soon), to head over and see Biff (from Alabama!), who, we assured my brother, will take great care of him! P.S.: For all you schmo's that like to rack on Prestige for whatever reason have you ... be it price, quality, experience, or whatever-have-you ... you guys need to get a grip. Perhaps you didn't pay your bills in a timely fashion. Perhaps you have unreliable sources. My credit actually qualifies as credit now; something it hasn't qualified as since probably 1998, haha ... and it's definitely thanks to the great care that Prestige Auto has handled me with. Best experience ever in a car dealership I cannot say enough about the great experience we had at Prestige. We do not have the best of credit and we were turned away by the Hyundai dealership I cannot say enough about the great experience we had at Prestige. We do not have the best of credit and we were turned away by the Hyundai dealership in Fall River and 2 used car dealers. Our bank does not give auto loans , but the gentleman at the bank recommended Prestige in Westport. As soon as we got on the lot we were greeted by Jose Branco. He was friendly and gracious. I told him my tale of woe and he told me he would try to help us in any way he could. It's a long story , but help us he did ! There were a few little bumps and he helped us through the process of buying a beautiful burgundy 2010 Hyundai Sonata. Our experience doesn't end here. We took the car home and rode it for a few days (wonderful opportunity for us to check the car out) . We found a few issues and brought our list to Prestige. They took the car in and took care of everything on the list and then some. Danny was patient with us and understanding . He took the time to listen and acted on our concerns. First day at prestige auto mart I didnt think i would be able to even get a car because my mom already had 2 loans. I test drove a 2014 Altima witch was very smooth and worth the experience but didn't get able to even get a car because my mom already had 2 loans. That day the bank did say yes to me about me getting the ford fusion. A few days later i get a call saying i have to bring it back because the bank changed their mind so i was mad about that. Dane said to me the nicest way possible that it was okay and he will find me another car. I then test drove a 06 ford 500 which I guess is okay for a year and then they said i can trade it in in a year and get something i would like. Before prestige i went to another dealer and they don't compare to Danes friendliness. I would recommend Dane to any one looking for a car with bad credit and good credit. I would also go but another car from there thats how much i liked the customer service there More

They made it painless for me, and the hours were great considering my work schedule fluctuates. My sales representive Tony was awesome. He was able to get me the car I wanted and was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle. I had a great experience with Leslie in the finance department as well. I have already recommended Prestige auto to several people. Great experience all around. Would go back in a heartbeat for another vehicle. More
