Hello Shanna, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback. We're sorry to hear that you feel your experience wasn't up to par. Our goal is for every customer who visits one of our showrooms to have a 5-star experience, even if they don’t end up purchasing a car from us. Unfortunately there are a few inaccuracies in the information you provided with your review. Our records indicate we had set multiple appointments to address the headlight malfunction within 9 days of your original delivery date. Sadly you didn't show up for those appointments - which are all dated and documented in our system. Ultimately we did repair your headlight at no cost to you, at which time you had separate, unrelated work completed out of warranty - which you refused to pay for until nearly 2 months later. The headlight issue you're posting photos of isn't the same one as the original incident that was addressed, again, at no cost to you. That being said, we'd like to hear from you to discuss this issue further. Perhaps there is still a resolution to be had once all the true and accurate facts can be laid out and discussed.
