Hi Mr.Reis, I want to start off by apologizing for the long wait. unfortunately at times registry matters can be out of our hands. We may not have the proper paper work from the insurance companies or we could be waiting for a final funding notice from the financing institution to allow us to register the vehicle, especially if the taxes and RMV fee's were included into the financing. When it comes to things that were promised to you. We expected our sales staff to deliver on any promise that was made to our customers at the time of purchase.
