I wasnt expecting much due to being upside down on my car loan, not having the greatest credit and having a previous bankruptcy, but to my suprise, i was driving out of there with a new car within a week. I spoke with, I believe his name and I may have this wrong, Adlar (older gentleman)? He was so nice on the phone and advised us to come in before making the decision to surrender the vehicle. When we went there, we met with Thomas Biffle and he was so friendly and we felt so comfortable with him. I automatically trusted him. He advised us on the best options for my father in law. The following morning Adlar followed up with me to see how things went. Once my father in law takes care of his current situation, we will ABSOLUTELY be back to Prestige in Westport to meet with these two men. Thanks again.. More
