Was misled completely. I feel robbed. Purchased a car last October was told I can trade in after 6months to 1 year. I went back they said that THEY DONT KNOW WHO TOLD ME TH I feel robbed. THEY SAID HE SHOULDNT HAVE SAID THAT.. so now I am stuck in a car they sold to me for too much money. STAY AWAY!! More

It would have been a better experience if the manager had explained the added fees before proceeding with purchase. In conclusion, I would not purchase a car again from Prestige Auto for those two reasons. H explained the added fees before proceeding with purchase. However, the people were wonderful to work with., 1) I have never been charged a fee of $699 by any used car dealer for the privilege of simply buying a car! 2) I was prepared to pay the entire purchase with cash but was not permitted to do so.
