Miguel was so rude!! I had to have my car towed from providence back to them because a tyrod broke as I was driving. I had only had the car for two weeks. H was so rude!! Very Helpful and easy process we came into prestige looking to finance a car for the first time. We were new to the whole process and we were worried about our credit. PATIENT AND COURTEOUS I worked with Juan Pacheco on my choice of vehicle he was VERY patient and calm not your typical sales person, he was honest and not pressuring I chos I worked with Juan Pacheco on my choice of vehicle he was VERY patient and calm not your typical sales person, he was honest and not pressuring I chose the infiniti g35x and even though I always wanted that car Juan made sure that I was getting a good car not just because I wanted it and he helped me out and stayed calm the whole time he made me comfortable and I loved it. If he didnt know my questions I asked he would ask someone and not make things up just because it sounded it good... Michael Pimental was closing the deal he was pretty funny and kept me laughing . Kevin was a big help he made sure that I had the right bank and noone to over charge me.
