Terrible service throughout, car was not what was promised and no help to resolve their mistake. Many calls and emails with no response and thousands of dollars in repairs needed and several things m promised and no help to resolve their mistake. Many calls and emails with no response and thousands of dollars in repairs needed and several things missing from the car that were detailed from their sales person. Car was delivered on the side of the highway and that was the highlight of the experience. Service manager reported that this is not the first time a car was sold without them looking at it due to our sales person. GM tried to say that we somehow manipulated what his salesperson clearly sent us. They will not answer the phones, hang up on you when you call and the GM has no interest in trying to resolve an issue that they created. We still have not received the title and cannot license the car. More

Yesterday I reached out to Prestige to inquire about an Audi S4. Negotiated to what I thought was a fair deal for both sides and asked for additional $500 and to see the service R.O of the vehicle. Received at text from my sales person that said “GM should have you those numbers over shortly.” (Still haven’t received the R.O) Now at 1:30pm. I received another text that stated. “Bad news brother the vehicle was sold. You should have put a deposit down.” Which I was clearly ready to due, but still haven’t received the finalized numbers. This place could careless about their customers and are only concerned where they can make the most money. One of the texts I received. “Well maybe you shouldn’t have been so worried about $500 and just to the deal yesterday. We sell to whoever puts money up with an agreement first” More

Art is hands down the best, and most knowledgeable salesman I've ever dealt with. His knowledge was the single most important thing in deciding what my first exotic car would be. This was also a sight-unseen purchase, which I'm always nervous about. Down to a small rock chip that you had to get on your knees to see, everything was described perfectly.
