BEST SERVICE EVER!!! For 21 yrs we have been a 2 car family & have purchased vehicles and have had serviced from multiple dealerships, always leaving feeling just "okay" a For 21 yrs we have been a 2 car family & have purchased vehicles and have had serviced from multiple dealerships, always leaving feeling just "okay" about it until our most recent car purchase from Prestige Auto Mall on State St. In Cuyahoga Falls. Everyone was super friendly and bent over backwards to make sure we were more than pleased with our new purchase. There were a few things I wanted fixed, which they truly didnt have to do, but Jim the service manager went above and beyond to resolve any issues I was having. He took excellent care of us! John was the gentleman that greeted us and helped us with our paperwork, he as well went above and beyond to make our experience an excellent one. We never have to look anywhere else to purchase another car as we will without hesitation go back to Prestige! More

When we shared with him that we were shopping for a car to present to our father on his 100 years birthday, he left no stone unturned to assist us choose the best car for a very precious father and a car that was within our budget. He was always courteous and friendly, and demonstrated professionalism that is exemplary. When we had to go above our pre-determined budget, his expertise in the auto business and the confidence he displayed made us feel good about spending more money. Mr. Mendez was always available and returned our calls. Therefore, we had prompt answers to all our questions and had all the information we needed to make our decision. Mr. Mendez is definitely in the right profession. He has a way of winning your confidence, and making you feel comfortable doing business with him and with Prestige Auto Mall. I wish every car salesman is like Mr. Mendez. I will most definitely recommend Mr. Mendez and Prestige Auto Mall to my friends. Sold my teenage son a car with a bad engine I wish that I had checked Prestige Auto Mall's Better Business Bureau rating before my son bought a car from them. Then I would have known that they already had 18 complaints filed against them in the past three years, and we would have stayed away. My 17-year-old son spent all of his money on his first car, and as soon as he brought it home, it leaked oil all over our driveway. I brought it back to Prestige (a 2 1/2-hour round-trip drive). They had it for four days and told me that it hadn't leaked a drop of oil and they could find nothing wrong with it. I made another 2 1/2-hour round-trip drive to bring it home. I pulled into the driveway and looked underneath, and it was leaking oil. I called Prestige, and they told me that I could take it to a local service center and the warranty that we had purchased from them would cover the repair. It didn't. We paid for the repair ourselves. A few days later, the car started to sound funny. We brought it back to the local repair center and learned that the engine was ruined. Prestige had replaced the fuel pump before my son brought the car home for the first time, but they hadn't replaced the cam shaft. The new fuel pump and old cam shaft didn't match up well, and this ruined the cam shaft, cylinder head, and other parts. The bill came to $3,000, and the warranty company would cover only $1,500. I called Prestige to ask them to pay for part of the repairs, since they had sold my son a car with a bad engine. I left many messages over a period of several days before I could finally get someone to speak with me. Over the next two weeks, I called many times. They alternated between blaming the service center that diagnosed the problem, blaming me for bringing it to that service center, and blaming my son. They finally agreed to pay for a portion of the bill, but then they changed their minds. They claimed that my son had put too many miles on the car after he bought it. Many of those miles came from driving the car back and forth to Prestige to try to get them to fix the problem. The rest were highway miles. My son was able to drive the car only a few days, so it's amazing to me that Prestige would try to blame him for causing the problems that they created themselves. I just filed complaint #19 against Prestige Auto Mall with the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from this dealership, so you won't have to file #20. More
