My personal experience @ Prestige Ok so first this is kind of long but bear with me… This is my personal experience with Prestige Auto. Seen a nice 2015 Chrysler 200 w/ only 23K mile Ok so first this is kind of long but bear with me… This is my personal experience with Prestige Auto. Seen a nice 2015 Chrysler 200 w/ only 23K miles. I been looking for awhile now and the price seemed right, so I travel 2+hrs to get to Prestige auto. Got there drove the car and found some immediate issues with it (some small) including: Taillight out, front headlight out, interior dome light falling down, touchscreen didn’t function, oil needed changed, brakes shimmy when slowing down and it was dirty. So we were told that the screen needed only recalibrated and a dealer could do it. They then took the car in the back to fix the other issues. They bring the car out take a look at it and all they did was jam the dome light back in place (it started to fall down immediately ), they just reset the oil life monitor (didn’t change it), didn’t change the rear bulb, replaced the headlight bulb with the wrong one, and didn’t clean it worth a xxxx. My 4 year helps me detail cars better than these guys and fix them. Sent it back in for more cleaning and to look at the headlight and dome light. Comes back out and dome light had some adhesive on it and barely holding into place and they said they cannot replace the headlight bc they didn’t have one that would work and I would have to go to Chrysler. By this time I wanted to leave (against better judgement bought the car anyway and they stated that screen only needed calibrated and that the headlights they would pay for if we took it to a local dealer). So a week later now at the local dealer they tell me that the touch screen had been vandalized and punched and the headlights are aftermarket and been modified and then billed me for the diagnosis. Well I ended up fixing the headlight and rear light myself and talked to prestige on the touchscreen. They had no loaner car available, so I asked to send me a new touchscreen. I would put it in. They did and the first one didn’t work.. The plugs in the back didn’t match up to my old one… so another few weeks and I get another screen. Got it in and now it needs a Chrysler dealer to program it (my local dealers didn’t want to hassle with it bc I didn’t buy it from them) so back to Ohio and go to a local Chrysler dealer near prestige auto. They fixed it finally and I have a car that is now working properly yes prestige payed for it, but this whole hassle took almost two months to straighten out, lots of phone calls, txts, and emails, and I never received to check to cover the bill for the local Chrysler dealer which I was promised. So in summary these people will feed you any line of xx to get you to buy the car and provide little support afterwards. There local mechanics I wouldn’t trust to build a potato gun. More

I purchased a vehicle on may 2016.. as soon as I left the lot not even 10 mins later all kinds of check engine lights started to turn on . I tried to return the car and they told me not to that it is not a big issue they can have the car ready in about a week. it is now jan 2017 its been 8months they still have my car and its still not fix... I would call them everyday only to be told the car is at this shop or the other shop or with some other guy .. when I mentioned I was getting an attorney involved since it has been 8 months I was told by Arthur that they will not fix the car if I did so. definitely having my attorney involved I will see you all in court .......YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! More
DO NOT trust their web site descriptions !!!!!!!!!!!!! inquired about a Lexus IS - asked rep to walk around it before spending hours on the road to see. Rep Shane said he will go to car and call me back ." inquired about a Lexus IS - asked rep to walk around it before spending hours on the road to see. Then after confusing me with another person, when I called HIM back, 2 hours later - tells me they know that this car needs a wiring harness. Diagnosed by a Lexus dealer, so very credible... Very expensive repair ! certainly NOT disclosed in their on line ad or web site listing ! Amazingly poor experience with Shane. UPDATE - two hours after all the above happened - another call from this dealership, not from Shane. Evidently the internet manager, with a weak apology, and an assurance that he.."had just corrected the ad.." Sheer curiosity led me to look online again - ALL HE DID WAS REMOVE THE 6 MOS WARRANTY PORTION - AND STATE "CAR NEEDS A LITTLE TLC.." NO MENTION of the known and serious wiring issues!!! I advised him that dealers often get sued for such actions and lack of disclosure - response to that fact indicated he clearly did not care! WOW RUN RUN RUN away from this place !!!!!!!!!!!! More

They made the entire process very painless and positive. The staff was wonderful for the entire process. They even drove out to the airport to pick me up upon my arrival. The only complaint I have is that the car had several small mechanical issues with the check light on which i stopped and fixed on the drive back to Denver. Luckily I am able to work on cars myself. The various parts cost me just over $600. They should spend some time doing a pre delivery check of the car. More
