I forgot to ask for a second key/faub and texted after I left and was informed they only got one key. No issue but might have offered to help me get a second key at there cost. hiding engine codes...buyer beware I drove from Pittsburgh specifically to test drive and hopes to purchase the 2008 navigator. When I got to the dealership Miguel was helpful bu some thing seemed wrong .. The vehicle had more options then advertised. Didn't have new tires that the pics on the site showed. He mentioned the were doing a service on the vehicle for the kana fold and tire rotation. I questioned he rotation since they were new tires with stickers on them in the pic but never got good answers, anyway after me persisti g that something seemed wrong. I was shown and test drove and almost bought a 2011 navigator by mistake( granted they look the same ) But cmon. We had the appt set up in advance . To go forward I was then told of the mishap with no apology then shown. The 2008. This time the test drive was with out Miguel who didn't even offer to come( again I am out of state not know really where to go which seemed odd since he came the first time. So I decided to go to advance auto to get the code reader on it bcause it sounded like crap. Low and behold ..4 codes appeared with no service engine light....coincident.? I think not. The erased the codes to have the engine light from. I am 100% disappointed for my long trip for the engine light issue. Showing me the wrong car was a waste of ,y time. But I knew something was wrong . But hiding codes is not good business practice and plea stake any used car to an auto parts store and do your due diligence ... Buyer beware More

I have bought a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta, a 2014 Volkswagen Beetle, and just about a week ago, I bought a 2014 Honda Civic EX. Shane was really nice, and helpful throughout the process. Sasha was also great who got my temporary tags on there, and got me driving! If you need a car, go here! Really friendly people, and will buy more cars from them in the future. More
Salvage Title Purchase a vehicle from the dealer ship for over $10000. They never inform me it had a salvage title. Also when i took the car home it leaked oil on Purchase a vehicle from the dealer ship for over $10000. They never inform me it had a salvage title. Also when i took the car home it leaked oil on my new driveway. Had to take back 3 time for them to tell me when i get the oil changed have them replaced the O ring. Lol let me give some good advice, spend a few extra dollars and go elsewhere. It will cost you alot less in the long run. Thanks Jim More
